Rob was the perfect choice for my family & me, when it came to buying our very first house. He understood what we needed in a home (location, size, value, etc) and certainly over delivered on all of that and more!We landed in a great location, with a house that was about 300 sqft larger than we anticipated owning, at a price (in this crazy housing market of 2020-21) $25k under asking & $15k under budget!!!Finding the property was the easy part, but getting through the closing process... well, with Rob, it was easier than expected. Rob worked tirelessly through closing and updated us each step along the way - making sure we were doing everything right and on time.Thank you Rob for all of your hard work and help in finding us a great home to raise our family in!I highly recommend Rob Sanchez for all of your real estate needs and/or hitting lessons ?!

Hey, my husband and I had Karen Nelsen and Lisa Pullen sell my home in the bay area and it was a real fixer and they did the job. We were so happy they got the job done as smooth as we could with title co. problems and legal description problems that were corrected and we finally did it. We recently sold our home in Morgan Hill in May with Dan & Christina Gluhaich. They were fantastic. From the first meeting to even beyond the closing, they went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly and was handled professionally. There were open houses every weekend, lots of advertising, and every lead was followed up promptly. We felt the ongoing communication was exceptional. We received an excellent price for our home and we could not have been happier with the Gluhaich Group's handling of the entire transaction!

Not the best experience in real estate transactions. Accepted agents word that lender advised lending contingency was okay and could be lifted. However, figures on loan amount were incorrect. Agent did not hold up to many of what he promised on the house, for example unwanted furniture in house would be removed before move-in date, names and numbers of repair contractors that were requested were never given. This individual made way too much money for the amount of service they provided. Agent made many promises that were not kept. Mediocre at best

No stars from me. I purchased a property that Ben Bruno had listed last summer and let me tell you it was an awful experience. Let me give you only a few examples (of many): Made an offer and found out on Redfin that another offer had been accepted but that my agent had not been contacted nor responded to. Even making the offer had been difficult because Mr. Bruno had difficulty responding to calls, texts or messages. There were conflicting statements made when they did talk. When that offer fell through, my agent was contacted and we put in another offer. The 72 hour response was delayed and delayed again. Several excuses were made, we were manipulated out of some more money and we finally got a contract. Viewed the property again with the sellers agent present. Mr. Bruno did not even acknowledge us at first, but then managed to make rude remarks to my husband and flippantly spoke that he could have done better than our offer. The contract stated that the property would be delivered vacant but Mr. Bruno did not want to be bothered by this contractual detail. He blatantly denied this obvious line in the contract and prompted a lawyer to be enlisted. My agent resolved this at her own expense and Mr. Bruno went laughing all the way to the bank. It makes me sad and mad that Ben Bruno caused us so much heartache and stress. I will never forget how we were treated, but especially how he treated my agent and cost her an additional $1000. out of pocket to avoid legal action. Ben should have taken care of this issue himself. I am also shocked at the positive reviews by other agents. Don't get me wrong, I understand his goal and who he was representing but I also believe that communication, honesty and integrity are key Realtor/Broker characteristics. Even in this market. Ben Bruno is calloused and cheap.

I purchased a piece of property Dan Gluhaich had listed in Morgan Hill, it was a smooth transaction. I found Dan to be honest and hard working. I decided to use him to sell my home he did a great job! Even now that my transaction's are done if I need information or have questions he has been easy to contact and very helpful.

Pamala Meador is the BEST!!!! My husband and I moved to Morgan Hill about 9 months ago. I had never been here before, but wanted to move out of San Jose. We found Pamala through a listing of hers that we wanted to see and connected instantly! Even before we looked at anymore properties, she took her time to take me around the city so I understood the neighborhoods better. You can tell she knows her stuff!! She even explained significant landmarks to me. We knew right then that she was the one for us. I have lived in two countries and over a half dozen houses throughout my life and I must say...this was definitely the easiest transaction because of Pamala. With the market becoming so competitive and Morgan Hill being a fairly small town, I wasn't sure my husband and I would find something we both agreed upon as we have different tastes when it comes to certain things. There were several occasions where we thought we'd want a property and then would decide it wasn't for us. It didn't bother Pamala one bit. She was extremely patient and receptive to our needs. She listened to my husband and I talk things out and was supportive of any decisions we made, offering her input appropriately. She is not pushy or rushed. Her communication skills are outstanding -- she will get back to your calls/emails and even texts in a very timely manner! Even when she had to go out of town during our transaction, she was constantly in communication and made sure the entire process was smooth. You can count on her. I would not hesitate recommending Pamala Meador to anyone. She is simply the best. I trust her completely and feel that she is not out just to make a sale and earn her commission. She is honest and will tell you the flaws of the property and is realistic about how much work will go into fixing up a place.

I had a great experience with the Gluhaich Group of Intero Real Estate in Morgan Hill. My husband and I met Christina at an open house and she ended up getting us into our first California home. Buying a home is stressful but Christina did everything she could to make the process go smoothly. She worked around our schedules and met with us on weekends and evenings. She went above and beyond to address our concerns and continues to assist us even after closing. Being new in town, we had no idea how to choose a realtor, but we were fortunate to have met Christina. I highly recommend the Gluhaich Group to anyone looking for real estate needs; Dan is pretty cool too and was also extremely helpful. My husband and I feel that they are both just good, honest, really nice people, and great realtors. We are very happy to have worked with them.

A email to Gary himself got things moving and Intero gave my new agent the two possible leads. Maybe the review on Yelp helped. Not sure about that? Anyway all worked out. I lost two months trying to sell my home. But guess that can happen.
