Ricardo and his crew have been our go-to cleaning crew for almost a year now and have probably cleaned close to 30 properties for us! As a real estate agency we get houses in all kinds of conditions and Ricardo always gets them looking amazing, from huge windows to tiny details in appliances. The communication is great, and they are now part of our family! I recommend Santana's cleaning to everyone!

This review is long overdue but had to give Santana's my support, especially during these crazy times. My family and I moved to Morgan Hill this past April and were in great need of a move in clean. Santana's came through for us! Ricardo was a gentleman and very professional. His crew did a great job!! I would def recommend them and will def be using them for future cleaning services. The services that Santana's Cleaning Service provides are just wonderful. Ricardo and his family are thorough, and they leave everything sparkling clean. They are always on time, too. And I have never needed to ask them to pay more attention to any aspect of the job. The service is excellent, and I recommend them highly.

Excellent service both in a home deep clean and bimonthly cleaning. We have never had a complaint or asked them to adjust things. The bathroom is always spotless and they meticulously cleaned our glass cooktop and grimy oven. Window cleaning went well and you should definitely be cleaning your windows 2x a year. Ricardo is always super responsive by text and also very flexible. His wife and the rest of the cleaning staff are so sweet and kind. This is a family run operation and I highly recommend them.

Very expensive and terrible window washing. Was late with no heads up. I would not use again for windows. Not sure how house cleaning is.

My fiancé and I just moved into a new apartment and upon arriving we realized it was definitely not clean. I was not willing to unpack any of my things until we were able to do a deep cleaning ASAP. I Inquired about cleaning services through Yelp at around 3 in the afternoon, Ricardo was quick to respond within 15 minutes. He told me he would have to come out to the apartment in order to better asses it and give us the right quote. We agreed and he was there within the hour. He was very punctual and told us exactly what needed to be clean. He was able to schedule us in for the next day early in the morning and overall we are very pleased with the work and the customer service he provided. His pricing was reasonable and if we ever need any cleaning services we will definitely be contacting him again. Highly recommend!

I called to Santana's cleaning service and they called me back in several minutes. In same day Ricardo Santana (the owner) came to the house and gave me the estimate for windows washing. He was able to come and wash all windows in day I needed and the quality of his work was perfect. He is very responsible, reliable and I am looking forward to working with Ricardo once again in nearest future.

I don't know how good their service is but they insisted to wear shoes on my carpets which my family uses to lay on it everyday when my kids and I played with each other. I cannot rate them good. I even offered them to wear shoes covered but they denied it.

Ricardo has cleaned many of my projects as I am a general contractor, he recently cleaned my home as I just completed a remodel, he has always done an excellent job at a fair price, he is always on time and does everything that I have asked him to do,I will continue to recommend him.

I was in escrow for a house and contacted Ricardo for a quote to clean the house, windows and gutters. He gave me an estimate for the cleaning I wanted done but did not want to give me an exact quote until he saw the house and condition of it in person which I thought was more than fair. I told him the day escrow was scheduled to close and he made sure to block a day off between close of escrow and my move in date. He was flexible with his time to meet with me in order for it to be convenient for me. We agreed on a price and his team was there on the scheduled day. They worked all day and the house looks great. It was an expensive cleaning, but the quality, convenience and professionalism is worth it. Using this service made what could have been a long stressful process easy and pain free!

I hired Ricardo and his team to come in a deep clean my house. We had a lengthy discussion about the price and the cause of the raised price was due to them "deep cleaning" my blinds which are faux wood blinds. I was text a list in what they were to complete in the "deep clean" Deep cleaning details, -Clean all windows blinds. -Wipe down all doors casing and doors panels. -Clean kitchen counters tops and wipe down cabinets exteriors. -Clean outside appliances. -Deep clean bathrooms. -Remove dust and wipe down furnitures. -Vacuum and mop hardwood floors. -Vacuuming rug area. As they completed cleaning the bedrooms I went in and check their work, the blinds were not clean at all. Which was the big reason for the high charge so I expect those blinds to be free of dust. They literally take an oversized swifter and beat the blinds with it. I ran my finder across and there is a good amount of visible dust on my finger. After I pointed this out, Ricardo's wife went back and personally redid all the blind her employees allegedly did. I didn't get a chance to check their work in the kitchen until after they left because the floor was wet. Once again, they claimed they were going to clean the exterior of cabinets. I found those weren't completely wiped down. Only where they could reach. I also check the door casing and panels which Ricardo claimed they would wipe down. About 60% were clean. Again, their idea of wiping down is using an oversized swifter and aggressively swiping at it instead of taking a cloth and wiping it down. Also, they didn't do the floors or microwave in my large walk in pantry which was discussed during the walk thru. When they left (before I saw what occurred in the kitchen) I asked when we could schedule the biweekly cleaning. I was told Ricardo would text me, well I never heard back. They ladies must not have like that I corrected their mistakes. Overall was it work the cost? No way, especially if I have to continually check their work. I was extremely disappointed because both Ricardo and his wife were very nice and his wife did a good job in the rooms she did. Their other employees, well I can't say the same for them. Their attention to detail is poor. I will be doing service with another company moving forward.
