Made appt on phone's automated system beforehand. Check-in at kiosk went smoothly, Shemiran helped us. She's friendly, calm, and found the two sets of tests ordered by two doctors. Third doctor wasn't Quest (system) compatible, so we'll have to take care of that somewhere else. She found a good vein right away. As smooth an experience as one can hope for getting lab work done! Shemiran played a big role in making it a positive experience.

I had to draw blood three times in one month. Each time I had the pleasure to work with Shemiran who is outstanding!! Very calming, knows what she's doing, friendly, and very efficient.

We go to this location whenever we are able to get an appointment. Office staff is very friendly, office is clean. Particularly I want to recommend Brittany. My daughter who is 16 is very scared of lab and needles, however she is always happy if Brittany is around. This morning I had an appointment, I arrived on time but unfortunately dr had not marked particular tests on the lab order. Brittany was very helpful and willing to take us later as walk in if dr can email the order directly. In the past, at a Los Gatos/almaden area location I had run into very very rude staff. I was 7 mins late and not only refused to accommodate me but also kept me waiting when I requested for walk in. I saw 2 reps sitting and chit chatting making no effort to squeeze me in. I had already signed my name under walk in but after 1 hour of waiting when I asked her she said "I told you before I won't take you without an appointment ". I am so happy that there are good lab technician in some locations and I am happy to go there even if that is far. Cheers Brittany keep up the good work!! I am a health care professional and I know it takes a lot to be cheerful at all times and wear a welcoming smile

Great customer service from Jill the phlebotomist who did my blood work. Fast check in at the kiosk! Just scanned my ID and Insurance card underneath the tablet (had a convenient card holder to scan your cards easily) - make sure you have your confirmation code for your appointment to expedite the process. They say they take walk-ins but after reading all the 1 star reviews I decided to make an appointment ahead of time and my experience was smooth, fast and great thanks to Jill!! A warm greeting and being personable goes a long way, I greatly appreciated Jill’s awesome customer service!

I went here 2/16/23 as a walk around 7:30 am. The 2 women working here were incredibly nice; they were so sweet to the elderly gentleman they were helping before me and were equally as great servicing. Employees like this, who care greatly about their jobs, are hard to come by. They should be recognized and awarded! Quest, you're super lucky to have folks like this that represent your brand.

First, my husband and I have always used Quest Diagnostics in Morgan Hill and have always been very satisfied with their services. This week I have to rate them a one start. My doctor wanted cultures taken so I stopped in and picked up the various containers, etc. I followed the instructions on the bags as there were no other instructions. The frozen sample I “assumed” was to be used if the culture was taken after hours. I was also told I did not need to make an appointment to drop off the samples but you do need to check in. That was fine. I am called to bring in my samples and find I didn’t bring a frozen sample so everything could not be completed. Again, I “assumed” the frozen sample was something that was taken after hours. Because I wasn’t provided instructions I didn’t do the procedure correctly. So, have to go home and wait to take another sample and freeze it. I do so and go back to quest for a 3rd day in a row and again check in but don’t make an appointment because the woman said I didn’t need one on the first day I was there. I waited 55 minutes with a frozen sample that was likely becoming unfrozen and the woman working at Quest said I should have made an appointment and so out of spite she made me wait and wait and wait. After 55 minutes I left. I will simply take the prescribed antibiotics and hope for the best. In the future I will choose another medial diagnostics even if it means going out of town. Very disturbing too that Quest is not efficiently staffing their office when you consider the number of appointments and walk-ins I saw in the 3 days!!

I came at 7 am as I have difficulty when fasting. My appt was at 8:10 am. It is now 8 am and they have seen even walk ins before me even though I was the first person here and let them know my condition and appointment and checked in. I am in tears and have missed a work meeting also.

I went in for a blood draw on October 6, and today, 20 days later I've still heard nothing. I created an account and none of my information can be found. I've called, and there's no prompt to leave a message. I was told by the tech Thai could always leave a message - but I don't think she knows there's no prompt for a patient to leave a message only medical professionals. My doctor has heard nothing as well. There is a positive. When I went in, they didn't have my doctor's order yet, so I waited while my doctor faxed the order and then they did the draw. But since I've heard nothing, it's 1 star.

I had to make a fourth trip to this location as they kept claiming no order existed for my test. On top of that , they hire technicians with disagreeable behaviors.This last visit. I unfortunately had to deal with this butched up shameless misandrist. She was not only purposely unhelpful after informing her that this was my fourth visit there for the same test but she was rude about STILL wearing a mask but while holding finally my order from their system plus my ID, rudely required that I recite the doctors name even though it's a web based doctor and she has it in her hand! She then forced me to go through my phone to find the name or I would once again be refused service.I am just trying to be responsible and STAY on PREP to stop the transmission of AIDS and get hassled by a misandrist. They are improperly vetting their new hires undoubtedly.

I just had the best experience at this location of quest- if you need testing / blood work please go here. I was nervous because of the other reviews but the phlebotomists and other staff were seriously awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable, and so so fast! They took the blood so quickly and easily. Great location I will come here every time!

Quest Morgan Hill needs a receptionist. On 3/4 I had an 830 am appt. On Quest's website they indicate that I have a 10 minute grace period. I arrived at 835am. When I opened the door there were 5 people waiting in line at the check-in terminal. By the time it was my turn to check-in it was 8:53am. The terminal advised that I needed to reschedule later in the morning. I tried to do that and the terminal kicked me off twice. I spoke to a phlebotomist 1 of 3 and I explained my situation and she blew me off and said you have to come back later. So now I had been waiting 40 minutes. A second phlebotomist, who was courteous listened to my situation and she was able to set a new appt later, but said "wait and I will fit you in". A 3rd phlebotomist, came to the front and called a gentlemen before me, and I stood up and advised what transpired and this person began the same exact script that the first phelbotomist stated verbatim. The gentleman stood up for me and told her I had been waiting a long time and he was after me appt wise as his appt was at 920am. It was about 9:10am. The 3rd phlebotomist replied you have to come back and make another appointment. I walked out. 2 of the staff have poor customer service skills, are terse, rude and unprofessional. These 2 phlebotomists are just technicians. The one phlebotomist has good interpersonal skills was courteous and she is bilingual which is a plus. After 50 minutes, i left irritated. I will go to San Jose to another company and will avoid this location after 30 years.

Aweful service and reception staff, three people ahead of me trying to tell receptionist they had a hard time making appointments not listening. I went to De Paul much better service.
