I have a truck with a windshield wiper down and I can't get anyone from there too fix it. It is currently raining. This poor excuse for a trucking company is endangering the life of my employees because they refuse to fix the windshield wiper.

This the Armpit of Norcal Kenworth. The trash location. It's better to just pretend it does not even exist. I ordered a part from them and not only they delivered the wrong side. But after they were going to ship the correct side they said they want me to pay them an extra $30 cos the correct side broke and they need to get it from another store now. So they want me to pay for their F. up. Lol never in my life. The manager there is highly unprofessional and rude. I called to get a quote today for parts today and they want me to pay them just to quote me on the pricing. Lol I think they may need some mental evaluations over there cause they lost their minds for real.

My starter solenoid failed. I took the truck in this morning and they started working on it right after lunch. They put in a new starter which turned out to be defective through no fault of their own so they put in another new starter and had me out of there by this afternoon. Wow! Nice people + nice work + quick turnaround = satisfied customer (me).

These people are liars, especially at their sales department, their sales rep Jason is the most dishonest person I've worked with. Buy your trucks elsewhere!

Waiting at the counter for 25 min had three guys come out and tell me "we will call someone to help" no one came highly do not recommend.
