Updated these guys did the right thing and finally fixed this situation. Yayyyy bravo!I will update this review once I am in touch with the manager. I typically only like to leave good reviews because the world should know when someone or company is doing awesome so they get more business because it’s only right.Now I order parts from many different places . I have ordered over thousands of dollars of parts from Napa in the last month. My most recent purchase i gave the associate all the info about the truck and the parts I needed. We had to order them. Mechanic goes to install and it’s not the right parts. Now is it the customers fault napa system either ordered it wrong or the employee? Napa is not open on the weekend so I had to wait. Get the parts finally over to Napa and the employee goes to tell me he cannot return it because it looks like it was installed. Yeah of course it was trying to be installed i mean that’s what we bought the parts for isn’t it?He said to come back during the week to speak to the manager. So i did. And he left early for the day. so I have to go back a 4th time (once to order and now 3 times to fix this issue). I’m a very busy person my father passed away and I’ve taken over a lot of responsibility here I don’t have a whole lot of time to be haggling back-and-forth.That is very sad that a company would make the customer suffer and struggle to return or exchange something that the company ordered wrong. I am a employed person and I understand the value of customers And the value of my employees. I would trust they will be able to make the decision especially when they see the customer has a receipt and is in and out of there all the time that pays from her good hard earned money. I am not one to judge but numbers dont lie and employee theft is at all time high. Is that why there is no wiggle room to take car of your paying customer?

1-16-22 the older guy at the counter had a real bad attitude towards customers. So bad so I had to tell him to keep the parts after he got them. Will buy else where now.

The counter guy lied to me about the condition of my battery. He said it was totally dead. My at home volt meter readout 12.38 volts. Also he sold me a battery with the positive and negative on opposite sides fro the battery I need making the new one 100% useless to me.

Always helpful and if they don't have what you need they'll get it by tomorrow usually. They have a lot of parts for commercial applications that aren't on display. Just ask and they'll help with many odd requests, like 32" RV wipers or generator parts...

Stopped by this auto parts place a couple months back to inquire if they had an oil drain plug for my car in stock. I'm usually not the type of person that visits these types of shops, as ive typically never needed a specific automotive part. In any case, stopped by early one morning just past opening time and was surprised there was absolutely no line, and i asked the guy at the counter what i needed. He tapped a few keys on his computer and within seconds told me my options. Even though the exact part i requested wasn't in stock, the clerk told me it woukd be delivered the following morning. WOW! I was expecting it to take at least a couple days but was told that they can get just about anything in as little as 24 hrs even if its not already in the store. In any case i was told to stop by the next day. Sure enough when i returned the folllwing morning, it was there as promised! Exactly the part i needed, even though it was for a 2000 toyota, the part was OEM and only cost about $4. No extra charges. I give these guys 5 stars because they are pros when it comes to finding the exact parts for your car despite being a "mechanical novice" knowing exactly the parts to order for the year/make/model/type/rev etc. Its easy to screw up if ordering the part myself, so these people know the questions to ask or they will help find it... That extra mile service really does matter at Napa.

Exercise service from the gentlemen behind the counter. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is very clean and organized, and very easy to navigate. Plenty of parking space in the parking lot, and very easy to access from Monterey road.
