I have had 3 storage units at Morgan Hill Self Storage since 2013. I have never had a problem with service or accessibility. I once had a jammed door and it was repaired within 24 hours. I highly recommend this facility in terms of both monthly rates and service.

We are a returning customer and continue to use this storage facility because of their service. Moving can be stressful and the team here is so responsive. They helped us identify the right size of locker for our needs and did not push us towards anything more. The team is great and we feel that our things are held with security and protection because of how they conduct business. We will continue to use them because of their service. It's also a great location, near the 101 with easy access to all lockers.

I came here to rent a storage until my home was ready the service was in my opinion not amazing I brought my niece with me to check out the sizes and when we got there we had to wait 20 additional minutes from the time it said he'd return and then the gentleman proceeds to tell me only one of us can go in this golf cart the other must stay behind ugh, not today sir! I told him my niece needed to come along so we squeezed her on we found a locker and sealed the deal! The facility grounds are nice it is clean and easy to locate the buildings also the code was memorable and to end service was easy.

Very prompt & excellent service, I hope I have Stephanie's name right, she even drove us to our 2nd unit to be sure it was the size we wanted & that it was clean, did all the paperwork, they were out of locks but suggested the Walmart nearby to purchase one.
