Unbelievable that an imaging company would not accept Anthem Blue Cross insurance! The front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful. Her name it’s probably Kristen based on some other reviews I see.

This is a nice clean facility that focuses on keeping the patients comfortable and getting them in and out in a timely manner. Their staff is very friendly and sweet!The front desk is attentive they answer the phone promptly. Stephanie, Jacob and George are great!

Don't even waste your time. I have Anthem Blue Cross PPO which has coverage everywhere and Blue cross confined they were in-network. When I talked to the front desk, I was told that they don't take "you people"... Also, she stated she won't book appointments for "us people". Not sure what that meant but thats the level of rude I got. Just go down there the street to DePaul... they have been great.You may want to let Anthem know you are turning their members away. They believe that your location is contracted with them under my coverage. In fact the agent tried to call twice and both times got voicemail.

I have been at Morgan Hill Imaging several times the past years and always got great service. I normally don't write reviews, but they really deserve 5 stars! The staff goes beyond to help and set up the appointment and always been very friendly as well.Getting an MRI is never that much fun, but the staff makes it as pleasant as possible.

I had an unfortunate fall late one evening that left me with a severely sprained ankle. After about a week I was shocked that the swelling and bruising was still so bad. As a stubborn individual I did not want to try to make an appointment for a sprained ankle and wanted to wait it out and let it heal. After speaking to a good friend, she recommended I at least try to get an x-ray to be sure it wasn't more serious. I called and asked if it was possible to get a cash price for an x-ray and to see if they would be able to help me get an appointment. To my surprise they were able to see me that same day. Upon receiving the x-ray it was confirmed I had a small fracture! From there I contacted my doctor and they were able to get him the results very quickly. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and they were able to take care of my needs in such a timely fashion. I will definitely be referring others to this facility.

They have extremely rude and unprofessional people answering the phone. I always have multiple women putting me on hold and transferring my call to a different person in the front desk who never let me finish what I am trying to save them, and I always have to restart, being that they switch me providers every single time. Very unprofessional place. I do not recommend you booking an appointment here because they will cancel on you.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I really had to leave a review for the one time to let everybody know that they have incredibly rude staff, every time I call or they call me it is always a very angry and rude woman. They have cancelled my appointments last minute the last FOUR times they have made me reschedule due to mishaps on their side. I'm very frustrated and disappointed being that I've been needing x-rays for 2 months now and they always fit me in really far out in my schedule and then cancel on me the day of.

The lab is okay. The front desk personnel can sometimes be rude and terse. I was in yesterday to request a CD-ROM of my wife's scan results, I was not too impressed with the way the customer service manager interacted with me. This is the second time she had helped me, and both times she came across rude and terse like I was bothering her even though I only asked for basic stuff. Perhaps it was my face, my voice, the way I asked her questions, or the way I was dressed that some how bothered her....I am not sure. Prior to talking to her I was across the hallway talking to the staff at South Valley Neurology in the same way I talk to any customer service reps, i.e. with courtesy and smiles, and I received professional and warm responses. So it was quite a contrast when I simply crossed the hallway to Morgan Hill Imaging and received a negative attitude.I'd give them 5 stars for their technical service, but only 2 stars for the front office, especially the manager. So overall the experience is 3 stars.

I had to choose a MRI facility for a brain scan that was within my network for my health insurance. I searched for over a dozen places in the San Jose area and every review of the imaging place was horrendous. Then I came around Morgan Hill Imaging and felt very comfortable with this facility with my initial contact with them over the phone. I forgot the person's name that reached out to me by phone and text several times but she was super super helpful. She made sure my insurance was notified and that my copay was correct. I'm sorry I didn't get your name but thank you! As a patient who's sick you made things very easy.Now let's talk about the day I got my scan. I arrived on time and the facility has plenty of parking. As I walked into the office, I was greeted by a very nice lady by the name of Anna. She guided me and told me what to expect and to complete a few forms. She explained everything step by step about the billing and insurance and that I would receive probably one more bill from the radiologist and not from their imaging center. The lobby is very clean and very nice with a picture of a forest. It's very relaxing and calm there. I will stand called in to the examination room by a nice gentleman, Jacob. Inside the facility was in top notch shape and super clean. The locker room where I had to change was very clean as well.Jacob was the imaging technician and he was great. I told him that I was a bit nervous because this was my first time getting a scan and didn't know what to expect. He assured me that everything will be okay and he did explain to me step by step about the knocks and pins noises in the machine.At the very end I received the scans images on a CD.I rarely write any Yelp reviews for any medical facilities, but I believe this needs to be mentioned on their Yelp page. I want to give a big thank you to Anna and Jacob for making things very easy during my visit. I hope your management team sees this and appreciates your work and dedication.As I left the office I made sure I said a big thank you to Anna and Jacob for making things easy.

Good customer service by staff. The office is clean. I was able to get checked in fast and in and out of my appointment in a timely manner.

I have a 4pm apt Monday. On Friday at 4:30 I notified them I could not make the apt as I am out of town. I requested to reschedule and they told my I would be charged $75 to reschedule. I said I am telling them 3 days before my apt and I was told I would still be charged $75. This is no way to treat someone who is trying to give you proper notice. I will not be using their services ever again. I would leave a zero star if that option was available.

I've been to them many times over the past 5 years for a serious injury my left leg, I never seen a friendly group of very professional people. The place is always clean and they treat you kind.

My Dr wanted me to get an MRI done, so I went to Morgan Hill Imagining. The receptionist gave me forms to fill out and asked me for my insurance card and ID. She then gave me my appointment. I received a call but I didn't know at the time who it was because the voice message came in later on. But before I had seen the voice message I called the number that showed that I missed the call. The person answered and I said I'm sorry who am I speaking to she told me well who do you want to talk to. I then said I don't know someone called me from this number and I'm calling it back. She told me what the place was and what was my name, I gave her my name but the tone on her voice, she was very disrespectful. She then told me that I was scheduled for an MRI on Monday at 7:30 and that I needed to be there in time. She asked for me to take my insurance card and my ID and I said to her, but I just gave that to you when I when I went to schedule my appointment. She said is a harsh tone you need to bring that every time you come in. Omg but her tone of voice. She was so disrespectful no consideration of how a patient feels. I had had a bad migraine for 4 days dealing with back pain and having to deal with rudeness at the other end. I then told her why do you have to be so rude to me. I said here I'm not feeling well and you are so rude. I then hung up the phone. I kept thinking about it, after an hour I called back and canceled my appointment, I thought why give them my business. I live in Hollister but would rather drive to San Jose where they treat people with respect and they have consideration of how the patient. I worked in a Dr's office and always thought of the patient health and gave them the upmost respect, they come in because they are not feeling well. I will never go back to them again, they are rude from the time you walk in that door. This is not the first time this has happened but I'd thought I'd give them another chance. The last time the girl told me put your paper in the basket and take a seat. I waited for about 15 to 20 mins. The girls were talking back and forth and laughing and a few of us just sitting snd waiting. I then got up got my paper and drove to the walk in MRI place in Los Gatos. They are the nicest people took me in within 10 mins.

I love how professional and organized they are here. They truly care about getting you in and out as easy as possible while making sure the environment is clean as well! Service is just outstanding! I love Stephanie, I've talked to her a few times and I must say she's very prompt and passionate about patient care. I actually have to say all the girls there are! Truly sweet and patient! Thank you to the wonder staffs (Marina,Renee,Kristen,Anna) thank you for dealing with me! Hehe
