sadly to say not only is their receptionist rude , and forgets to hang up the phone as she is making rude comments towards you. They attempted to fix our washer which didn't happen after 3 attempts. Thankfully it was under warranty and replaced . To add insult to injury she explained it took a special tech to complete job which manufacturer would not cover and if we wanted it fixed it would cost 250 for the special tech . Come to find out the special tech was a 2nd man to lift the machine and nothing more. Of course reimbursement was out of the question being justified by 3 attempts without success . My advice go elsewhere or be charged for nothing

I came in with my husband on a weekend..a young gentleman named Michael greeted us with a smile and was very helpful to us.... Thank you Michael..we appreciate you :-) and Thank you Metro PCS for having kind and helpful staff..we appreciate them too :-) :-) :-)

This location is pretty fast normally when i go in there i am looking for a sales associate by the name of Juan. Hes friendly, and very on point on what hes doing he will go the extra mile to get your issue solved or fixed before you walk out the door keep up the good work and postive friendly attuided thanks again Juan!

I have been here on multiple occasions ...it's always the same unhelpful services. Never willing to resolve or make situations easier. I will not come back here ever and would hope they open another office here soon or get on the management???? Like idk. It's just very bad.... I'm not trying to be harsh but I am saying this because I've been here multiple times and its still the same thing. I highly recommend : 1041 E Capitol Expy, San Jose, CA 95121 Metro store. Always goes above and beyond !!!! I would suggest Morgan Hill getting some help from other stores... ASAP. Hope yall the best.

To start off, I think Metro has good phone cases and stuff BUT I’m disappointed with the service there. The last time I went there, the lady was really rude & she talked to me in a passive aggressive manner. I caught a glance at her name tag and I believe it’s selene. Now honestly, I don’t like going there so I try my best to avoid the place or I go to another location. It would be nice if the workers there were more friendly with their customers instead of being quite rude.

Terrible experience on may 2019. There is a woman attending this store (for a better description:with glasses, overweight and a kind of purple hair) who screamed to my old relative (a customer). I had toremain the calm, but she was totally aggressive because my relative was frustrated while he received a different customer service in a different Metro (and how he can know every Metro branch has their own politic?).She talked in a very rude way, and as he was her same age...and as a professional social communicator I know the attendant has to respect and understand the customer, or better don’t work in that field. I was going to get a phone line there, but for my internal peace better not. In addition, while the guy beside her was working, she was talking by phone for a long time about her personal issues. OMG!

Worst customer service didn't help my family on getting a phone he sat there and didn't even greet us and a worker was hiding underneath the desk so unprofessional please don't come here if you want to start a new plan or upgrade Mexican kid won't help you he just sat there and judged

This place is a scam even the manager tried scamming me haha I bought 24 GB of mobile hotspot data and she put non on my account took my money a gave me a fake receipt with the right transaction number and her name lol that fucker with the salesmen ponytail is a b**** rude as f*** if I ever see you on the streets I'm going to cut that s*** off and that fat b**** needs to respect the money she is making and should be happy to have that job next time you scam me I will have it on video and I will press charges.lucky customer service saved your a** you fatass.
