“Had to buy a suit last minute. Went in 2 days before event, got fitted and they said suit would be ready at 7 pm the next day! Perfect, arrive the next day and nothing had been done? Had to come back the next morning, day of the event, glad it wasn't a morning event. Do what you say you're going to do!.....Follow up: changed my review, customer service contacted me and offered 500 points, basically $50.00 for the inconvenience. Way to try to make it right. I hope the store improves its service!”
