This is a small boutique and they never greet you. They had two employees and they only help certain customers. Dont shop here if you are expecting good customer service. There was a blouse I liked but did not buy it for that reason. There are other boutiques in town skip this one.

When I came in there was no one else in the store but the sales associates (seemed to be 3 of them) . No one greeted me or asked if I needed help, even though they have cute clothes I Will not be returning or spending my money at this store. Treat everyone how you would want to be treated. I did not feel welcome.

Stopped into this boutique after a Target run and found a cute layering jacket. Both Gloria and the owner, Karen, were sweet to my baby bichon. Karen kindly introduced him to her fur baby and offered him a cookie. Thank you ladies!

Mainstream Boutique is one of my wife’s favourite fine clothing stores. It’s located right here in Morgan Hill. I frequent it to purchase gift cards. I highly recommend this store and you will enjoy it to!

Great fashion selection of styles and colors that are constantly changing. Fabulous jewelry, purses and accessories. The real reason for the 5 star review is the owner, Karen is top notch. She and all her staff make you feel so comfortable and help you put looks together (that you might not ever have thought to try). They know their merchandise and quickly help you find your own look. Stop in and look around, I bet you'll find something you can't live without!
