Save your money & go to a legitimate bridal boutique. Purchasing from this boutique was a nightmare. I can say that like other comments, Luz was attentive during the consultation, which instilled trust in her, but she is misleading.After purchasing my dress, She did not provide updates on its arrival and once it arrived it was incomplete and huge. I knew that alterations are part of the process, but I had to pay a lot more to make my dress look good. At my consultation she measured me reassuring me that my dress would come fitted to my measurements, but it was a lie, the dress was almost 3 sizes big, even the seamstress was shocked. On top of that, my dress had sleeves & when it arrived it came incomplete and the sleeves where no where to be found & when she offered to take them to my seamstress she literally just left them on the counter without making contact with my seamstress.

It is always such a great experience to get to see Luz! I bought my wedding dress at Luxe Bride and had an amazing experience. I was so excited to hear Luxe Bride offered permanent jewelry and made an appointment right away. There were so many options and Luz helped me find a bracelet combination that I love! I love my bracelets and hope to add on more in the future!

I was working with a short timeline but after a tedious search, I found my beautiful wedding dress here! I came for a sample sale event that had unmatched prices. The dresses were posted online so I could view them beforehand. In person, I could tell they were well cared for. The shop is well decorated with a spacious dressing room and nice area for viewing. The owner is very sweet and knowledgeable!

I visited Luxe Bride to get “linked” with permanent jewelry. I ended up choosing two chains for bracelets. They are SO adorable.The shop is clean and bright, friendly greetings, no rushing while picking out my gold.My friend made an appointment for us both and it was very simple, we both received email confirmations.I’ll be back again to get more ?

I came in really nervous because it was the first time and first appt timo go dress shopping. Luz, was amazing in that she listen to what I wanted, made suggestions, and asked questions. I found my dress and it was something that I never thought of imagined that I would look good in.

Not only did I say, "YES TO THE DRESS", but I had the best shopping experience! I visited 3 other bridal shops and this one beats all of them.Booking: You need to book an appoint. Yes, there is a booking fee but trust me it's worth it. You get the whole boutique to yourself.The Vibe: I was able to try on more dresses at the Luxe Bride because Luz was very attentive. At all the other bridal shops I went to, I would have to pop my head out to see where my consultant was at (looking for other dresses or helping another customer). I am a very shy person and the atmosphere was perfect. Unlike other shops, there were not other parties peeking at you as you try on dresses.The Dresses: I was very nervous going wedding dress shopping as many places do not have a wide variety of plus-size dresses but I did not feel like I was limited on choices! She was probably the best consultant to pin dresses. The samples were well taken care of and clean.

I had such an amazing experience here at Luxe Bride! Before I got here, I had tried on probably 50+ dresses at 8 different bridal shops. I was SO over trying to find a dress. My friend (thank goodness!) said there is a new bridal shop open, let’s go. I resisted, but she made me go and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was very knowledgeable, sweet and a beautiful bubbly personality that calmed all my nerves. Thank you again. I have never felt so beautiful ❤️

I saw an ad on IG for a sample sale and decided to drive from SF for a chance to find the perfect dress. The pros: Luz was timely in responding and helping me make an appointment, she answered questions, and was efficient in helping me in and out of dresses. Plus the dresses were beautiful. The cons (hence the 3 stars), I arrived 20 min late to my 10:30am appt, tried dresses until I ran out of time by 11:30, and she offered I come back later in the day to try more. I specifically asked what time she closes, she says she's appointment-based so no time. She'd call me after her 2:30pm appt and I decided to hang out in the area to wait. By 3:30, she called me and said I can come back but she closes at 4, and I was still 20 minutes away. I told her I can rush back but she was adamant she closes at 4, not a minute later. I explained our convo earlier in the day when she said she has no specific closing time. She was adamant she closes at 4 and cannot make an exception. I decided to drop what I was doing at the time, and drove back like a mad woman to the shop, hit traffic, sweating and literally sprinting to the shop, making it at 4pm. She luckily stayed open for me, and I must have tried on 7 dresses in 10 min. The good news is I actually found a dress I really liked and she held it for me for one day so I can think about it, since she's closing now. She said it would only be held for one day and no one else would try it, which I thought was fair. The next day, I got a text that I have to make a decision by 1pm and that someone else is interested in buying after trying it. I felt like this was a strategic sales tactic to get me to buy the dress from her, and have to hurry up to make a decision. I ended up buying the dress because I ended up loving it! And I still love it. Although that is, I feel like the end of the experience (which most hope to be magical) was quite rushed and wayyyy more stressful than a bride needs to experience. I understand this is a small shop and I appreciated all of the help but the communication could have improved a LOT, and carrying through what she said on several occasions was missed. I did however appreciated her shipping the dress to me at no cost. Overall I'd still recommend Luxe's but again, would recommend open and honest communication.

Luz was awesome. She was empathetic over a a misunderstanding that I had regarding my appointment & that I truly appreciated because I ended up finding the PERFECT DRESS! Yes I showed her a few pictures but I didn't really know what I actually wanted or I thought I knew. Ultimately, the last dress I tried on and what was complete opposite of what I thought I wanted, ended up being MY DRESS! LOVE, love, love it! The shop is small, intimate and just what I like! Luz was very professional and my experience was perfect! Even the location is perfect, you can grab lunch at one of the cute restaurants which are walking distance from the shop! If your looking for your dream dress, I recommend LUXE BRIDE!

Wonderful experience finding my Wedding Dress here. Tasteful, elegant store with great Natural lighting. Beautiful selection of boho inspired wedding dresses plus other styles. I appreciate that she carries some "plus size" designers such as Studio Levana. I made an initial Appt to try on dresses and came in with my Mom, sister and friend. We brought our own champagne and glasses and had a great time. I bought my wedding dress here and also had it fitted and altered here. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend Luxe Bride.
