I recently bought a car and just made a phone call within five minutes I had my new insurance already all together and I was able to drive my car off the lot. You never really realize how much time it takes to buy a car and get insurance on the same day. But I was truly appreciative of the service that they extend it to me. Cassandra help me out in choosing the best platform for me with the least deductible as well as getting renters insurance.Thank you!!

I started with State Farm - Dave Nance - over 40 years ago and when Ken took over, it was a seamless process. He contacted me right away to introduce himself and to avail himself if there was anything he could do for me. My husband and I are retiring to Florida and selling our real estate in California. Once escrow closed on our house, I canceled my insurance policy but the years of service I received are greatly appreciated.

I've been with State Farm insurance for over 20 years and having Mr. Ken Williams as my insurance/financial agent has been an amazing relationship.From assisting with insurance coverage to financial advice. I've benefitted. I use to think ?paying for Whole Life Insurance was not smart. Well i was proven wrong when I was able to take a loan out against the policy and pay myself back.The team @ the Ken Williams- State Farm Agency are professional and most of all knowledgeable of the products they represent.Trust me I've shopped around and to have the same coverage and the responsiveness just did not compare. This past year has already been tough but I get it when it comes to providing something easy like proof of insurance the ball was dropped, not once, not twice, but three times this year.Bought a new vessel, here we are 8 months later after multiple emails and calls begging for insurance and come to find out. They sent a card but I guess that was fake because they’re showing it Never existed and was never submitted to dealer or dmv! DMV never received it so now it’s been difficult to renew my registration. I’m getting notices of no insurance from DMV. Spoke to customer service and they JUST NOW want me to fill out an application again to start all over again. She even showed that I have reached out many occasions on her log but what was done about it? Nothing. It’s just unacceptable.If you want no response from rep, late or non existent insurances with a fake insurance card I guess this is your place to go!Who knows how much money I can’t reconcile from this either.Not for me, I’ll be switching insurance carriers immediately.

Ken took over the office from Dave Nance several years ago and from the start there was no delay in service. More recently I had a question regarding an apparent DMV rule allowing significant discounts for people with no DUI's or tickets. I have never gotten a DUI and my last ticket was 1987. I messaged Ken and he messaged back for me to call the office. In short, I have three cars and a homeowners policy. Since we're all on Shelter-in-Place, Ms. Cassandra Ducre called me back from her home. , including Earthquake. Oh, my, she was simply wonderful. Not only did she update my file for the discounts but after we reviewed my total coverage she suggested an umbrella policy to lessen my exposure. That came with it's own discounts and all-in-all, my monthly bill will be less with much more total coverage.

I am a lifelong State Farm customer, ever since my first drivers license. I was with Dave Nance with State Farm in Morgan Hill for over 25 years, and then Ken took over the agency. I've had no issues with their service level, and I am now quite happy working with Cassandra Ducre of Ken's office. Today I had a long call with Cassandra in order to update several policies due to several major changes in my insurance needs. She is very thorough, competent, and fun to work with! She also recently helped me get my new RV insured in record time. Working with Ms Ducre has been a pleasure, and I am happily staying with this agency, especially now with Cassandra's excellent service!

So we have been with them for 7 years. They lack communication (my auto insurance was cancelled and they didn't even tell me why, it just got cancelled and no one reached out to me to explain), availability(Ken or his son jaran are rarely at the office), and most certainly not "Like a Good Neighbor". They dont seem to care and things just seem off. They take forever to get back to you via email as well. I run a business and it is very frustrating when dealing with agencies that don't take the time to get back to you unless it involves more money. We moved to an agent in San Jose with much better reviews.

I have had State Farm for 30 years, Ken has been our agent for less that 2 years and that is too long. Office staff is unprofessional and incompetent. They have to redo any policy that add because there is always a problems. Run away Quick
