There's a large variety & lovely selections for plants and also decor for home & garden as well as seasonal items. The bathrooms were very clean and there seemed to be plenty of people to help with any needs.”

“Love this place! However, today, "Sorry about that," was the response when I inquired about recycling paint. The firm is listed as one of three places in Morgan HIll that will recycle paint. According to my telephone call to determine how the paint is to be delivered, I learned that the firm does not. Disappointing, but will not stop me from shopping there.”

With over 40 years experience, Bruce knows what he is doing.He was more than upfront with me and my partner, sending a custom quote over within 72 hours, letting us approve our material, acter bringing over samples before placing the 'big order'.The exexuted timing of delivery was perfect for us to prepare our home properly, before he commenced work. If you move your own furniture and get the space prepped, you will save money and in the end, save time and have more detailed floors. Do your part people, and Bruce will do his!He even fit us in his schedule as predominant family matters surfaced within his life. So kind and willing. The man balances it all.We were able to get a beautiful varigated Hickory, shipped in from the hills of Tenneesee, custom milled for our floors. Don't ask for his source, just truat his supplier. The man's old school, with beautiful beautiful work, from the top down. Start to finish.The man's an expert with his cuts and does amazing transition, quarter round, trim, and baseboard work. Not to mention his tread and riser game is beyond superb. He was able to build a custom "plywood boxed base", for our finicky staircase. This helped not only meet county code but also ensure our and our future guests' safety.He then finished with custom risers, we acquired and painted, per our request, and topped with tight cut and perfect custom treads. We even got a custom design incoporated around our Carmel stone fireplace. Now it really pops!The man lays hardwood and is not a painter or foundation expert people. He will always give his best advice and suggestioms but don't be surprised if you have to do your part with other xontractors before he can perfect his work.Don't expect extra work for free people!Bruce is very accommodable & very kind. He does amazing work and pays attention to all the finest details and requests, but don't be too pushy or picky people, just let the man do his thing!Don't ask for work outside the documented contract. Plain and simple. If you do, always expect a charge. Thats just how the cookie crumbles!Give him his tunes & space and be amazed by the design and pace.He is a very highly talented individual if one has the honor to make it on his busy schedule!Our floors show why he is hard to find. Word of Mouth does the trick for this amazing artist.He even let us borrow some equipment to help move in our appliances to ensure the finish on the floors wouldn't be scraped. We used it safely buy ofcourse, our dishwasher installer was rushing to wrap up his day, and jammed the dishwasher in its slot, therefore scrapping our floors. Nothing Bruce wasn't willing to touch up on his way back to pick up the equipment he let us borrow. He should have charged us but was kind enough to take care of it.I'd highly, Highly, HIGHLY reccommend Woodcraft Floors to anyone who wants their floors done the honest, professional way.We love you Bruce. “I would avoid this Home Depot at all costs the only reason why I came here is it’s the only option. You’ll get harnessed by Shiela and accused of stealing and not sure what’s going on with management they seem to not want to help any customers. “I wanted to take a moment to point out Latrese (apologies if I spelled your name incorrectly) but I went out yesterday at 6a to find the crazy TikTok tree. She helped me, the tree wasn't received yet. There's limited stock, everywhere! But her customer service was beyond what I was expecting. She said once the tree was received she will give me a call to hold it of me before she puts it on the floor. Next morning BOOM, I get a call. She kept her word and I'm so appreciative of that. I'm pregnant. I wanted to get THE tree before baby comes because cmon my husband won't decorate after the baby comes for me. Fortunately I found one and they saved one for me for an hour at Campbell location. But I'm writing this review as I'm having contractions, so thank you Latrese.”
