We, quite possibly, were assigned the worst room in the hotel. No early check-in available.. then I think the desk agent got mad I asked and reassigned our room. Did not get the balcony as promised, and were right off the elevator bank and lobby. It sounded like we were sleeping in the hallway, with soccer teams thundering past our door/bed at all hours.The hot tub was disgusting with floating hair, skin particles and other things floating around and not enough chlorine to kill bacteria.The breakfast was also pretty terrible, with very few options with protein. The breakfast attendant (a woman with greyish hair), however, was really friendly and lovely.If I had my choice, I would not stay here again. I suspect most people stay here solely based on its proximity to the soccer fields (walkable), but if you have a car, it would be worth staying a little further out.ETA. In response to hotel response: 1. We were verbally promised a balcony when booking through the agent via phone 2. The sounds from the hallway was not the fault of the teams, but rather the result of the layout of the room and the thin walls. 3. The breakfast was suitably stocked but did not taste good and lacked the number of options we usually see from a Hampton. 4. Per health department regulations, hot tubs are to be checked multiple times per day. If the facility doesn't have the resources to check it, then they should mark it as closed.Rooms: King room with fireplace does not guarantee a balcony! Beware of this when checking in.Walkability: Close/walkable to soccer fields. Otherwise, only one restaurant within walking distance.

The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. This alone pretty much ruins the experience. According to the mobile check-in process this was the only room available.

Everything was great, from the towel animal, to the beds being so comfy and clean, breakfast was great. I loved all the breakfast options. I don't drink lactose milk so having almond milk and tea available was great. The front desk staff were very nice. The room was super clean. The bathroom was also clean. I was super amazed at this hotel and I would definitely stay again and refer others to stay here as well.Noteworthy details: Lyft and Uber drivers were readily available within 10 minutes and great drivers.

Goed hotel om te verblijven. Dat Hilton sinds covid nog steeds housekeeping on request heeft is wel jammer. Het handdoek diertje bij binnenkomst was super leuk. Weinig last van geluiden van buiten de kamer.Food & drinks: Gratis ontbijt

The Hilton Hampton Inn, is a great place... super happy camper here... Marriott, not so much...I am both a Hilton Gold Elite and Marriott Platinum Elite status. I needed to be in Morgan Hill for the day for car repairs and not being from the area, I needed a place to stay during the day to catch a nap and get some work done.I reached out first to Marriott Courtyard... and it was a nightmare from the start... nobody at the front desk picked up. Finally got through and the front desk person, didn't understand what I was talking about. They transferred me to the manager... but I was disconnected (of course)... I called back, no answer... again... no answer.... again, got the same clerk who again transferred me to the manager but it went to VM... I couldn't even speak to someone who understood my question. What kind of service is this? I mean, I have 30 nights this year and 415,000 points in my register... it's not like I need a room to do a dope deal yeah?I called the general reservation line and Marriott's response was "we don't have day rates".. Ok, I'm not asking for any discount or a "day rate", just a regular room rate with an extra-early check in... sorry sir, "we don't do that".. like what I'm going to have a party here or something?So, I called the Hampton Inn and not only was I warmly greeted, when I asked my question, the response was, "let me see if we have availability for an early check-in"... why yes sir, this will not be a problem...So, here I am in my nice comfortable room at the Hampton Inn.... Check in was a breeze, my room is great and what a refreshing attitude here!I guess the moral of this story is Marriott cannot think outside the box... Oh, Platinum Elite status.... not worth the price of admission. Thank you Hampton Inn for accommodating my clearly unusual request.

It's an OK Hampton. Outside needs a lot of work. Inside is nice rooms are good. Price is really high though.

This hotel is located off the 101 freeway. I checked in on a Friday night and found ample parking. When I entered, there was signage stating upgrades were being completed on the property. I was also greeted immediately and was told about the construction. My room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and there was a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast area was clean and well cared for. I did have an issue, which the front desk addressed immediately and professionally. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful room, good service & great breakfast included with everything u could ever want. All very tasty!!Rooms: Our room was beautiful & had it's own balcony & a fireplace.

Dont stay at this hotel. Pool was dirty and jacuzzi didn't work. Hotel is old and lots of noise when someone takes a shower.
