Very poor service here.Be careful.They have an all sales final policy (even if you don't take possession). As soon as you pay they will try to tell you they cannot refund.They do not use a delivery service. They will try to deliver it themselves. Two small ladies and a man.You've been warned, purchase at your own risk.

Poor poor quality product and customer service. All sales final policy. Be careful these businesses like this have this policy for a reason. Go to a normal furniture store, you can get a quality piece for the same price. These guys are listed on thriftstoresz.com. Thrift store quality, but good quality furniture pricing.

Walked in and walked right out... smelled like DISGUSTING!!! Smell straight like rotten eggs or a dead body. Lady wasn't inviting either!

Everything is regular price…nothing is marked down as advertised. They even have a “Store Closing” sign up, but nothing has been marked to indicate that. Everything has regular prices marked.

Worst furniture ever purchased. Dining room table chairs keep breaking. Happened within one month of purchase. Happened multiple times after that. They will not give a refund or exchange and refused to fix. They won't even give us the manufactures information to go to them directly.

We went in as there are huge signs of big discounts. The staff was nice and greeted us as we walked in. Oh! No food or drinks allowed, so you'll have to drink up before you go in. They had quite a few stuff but most of the furniture is not very modern, they are basic. You can ask for more options that they would deliver. But again, you won't get to see it. Price wise I would say, it did have good prices and discounts but not anything unusually great! We've been here twice but the floor options hasn't changed as much.

Unfortunately very unpleasant experience with this place. Furniture was delivered 10 months late, a lot of scratches, and worst of all a different color from what we were shown in the catalogue. When we rejected and canceled the purchase after patiently waiting for it for 10 months, they charged us 30% restocking fee.

Unfortunately I cannot give more than 1 star if not less. We ordered (and paid for) 3 items of furniture. One item arrived about 5 months later. The second and third items arrived 10 months later!!. After all this long wait, we received a furniture that is damaged, with scratches and chipped in many places. Not only that, but the color of the furniture is no where close to what we saw in the catalogue that the business owner showed us at the time of purchase since the furniture was not available in stock or on the floor at that time. We decided not to accept the furniture and cancel the purchase because of that. The owner charged us a 30% fee of the purchase price for re-stocking!! That's over $1000. I totally understand and agree on re-stocking fee policy If we canceled the order if it was delivered on-time, on quality, and matching the specs. But when none of the above took place, I think none of the 30% was justified at all because it was not our fault at all. What is worse? The business owner wrote on the receipt that the customer changed their mind without mentioning the reason even after I asked her to write the reasons. She refused. Unfortunately I cannot trust or say it is an honest business or business owner. And definitely do not buy anything from the catalogue that the owner shows you otherwise be ready for unpleasant surprises.

I always shop at Empire Furniture Margate for my decor and furniture. Millie is the friendliest and has the most reasonable prices. She works quickly to find what you need even if not on display! Millie always advises correct availability and her satisfaction policy is worth it. Great service! I suggest trying Empire first before shopping around. Thank you Joseph

The 70% off never really goes away. Semi decent selection, they do deliver if your purchase is higher than a couple chairs.

Service is excellent - all the staff in the store are very helpful, and they do their very best to get the furnitures into our home immediately - I love this service and, thus, I have bought most of my furnitures from their store and will continue to do that - thank you very much for your great service.

Found a nice spot to get some furniture for decent pricing We check out Living Space and some local spots but the prices were crazy high $800 for coffee table here is about $300 for a nice modern design They also have nice dining sets and comfy mattresses definitely recommend this place
