We were first time buyers and we are so thankful that we had John to help and guide us throughout the whole process. John proactively guided us in different aspects and helped us understand the key aspects of home buying to make informed decision. He never said no to any of our requests, he was always there when we needed him . He never asked us to over bid but supported and guided us to make correct decisions. I highly recommend you consider hiring Debbie Hargadon as your real estate agent. Debbie assisted me with two real estate transactions, one purchase and one sale. She made it all seem so simple to me, but I knew it wasn’t. It was clear to me that she REALLY understands the real estate business and supporting laws and represented me in the most professional way. She always presented me with various options and alerted me when anything was abnormal. She outlined the good with the bad of the deal and gave me her opinion of what she would do when I asked for that help. Debbie always had my best interest as her goal, every step of the way. Debbie was a phenomenal realtor to work with and she really goes the extra mile. We found a vacation property with her and she went above and beyond with extra trips way outside her coverage area to check out the property and take us back. She handles negotiations well and we successfully closed with her help. Additionally, she helped us so much by mining for some local resources to get us set up with contractors and connections to do immediate improvements on our home and even helped us with some storage needs. We've done many real estate deals, both buying and selling, and Debbie Hargadon has helped us with both. She presented the offers for our home sale with additional research on the potential buyers and the current market more than just the price and terms, which really helped us determine the offer to accept. We were out of town when things needed to be done at the home, Debbie gave us great references for people to do work that needed to be done, and met with the vendors at the house. She brings a greater depth of knowledge of the real estate market and sales process than other agents we have used, her recommendations and savvy advice have both saved us money on purchases, and made us money on sales. Her knowledge of the specific market areas is superb, I love dealing with someone that will tell you "Hey, you don't really want to buy a house in this area, here's why" and then gives us information we hadn't had or hadn't even thought to ask about. We'll definitely use her again for all our real estate dealings!

John was super helpful from Day 1! After being referred to him by a friend, John scheduled a call with us the very next day and spend 3.5 hours going through the entire home buying process in great detail--from what to expect when we visit homes together, getting into contract, each contingency (pros and cons to waiving any of them). We were so appreciative of all this information as we were completely new to this process being first time homebuyers. After finding home listings we wanted to visit, he spend the next 2 weekends showing us homes. Each time, we spent over 4 hours with him. He was very professional, always on time to meet us, pointing out good and bad things in every home we visited. Once we were interested in what would be our future home, he researched the property and provided more information about what to expect. We had questions, and he took contacted the seller's agent to answer them all. During the negotiating phase, he always kept us on the loop and continued to be very responsive. His negotiations skills were right on target and he outlined what the best competitive offer would be for us to get our home. He wasn't pushy and completely left us to decide how we wanted to proceed and which price we wanted to bid. After our offer was accepted (we beat out 3 other offers) John stayed on top of everything as we hoped to close in 25 days. Everything went very smoothly. He reviewed all the documentation and disclosures provided by the seller, and he flagged the sections that were more important, and things that we didn't need to be worried about. He also coordinated with the mortgage bank (which he referred us to and we loved), seller, and title company. And then finally, he gave us the final call when we were officially the new owner of our first home. We had an amazing experience working with John, and we will be working with him when we decide to buy our next home!

Debbie Hargadon was a great realtor. I was the seller and she organized things prior to listing so it was an easy sale process. She knew people to get things done, even for furniture i needed to get rid of under covid rules without Goodwill taking things. She had a relationship with inspectors, cleaners, stagers and furniture movers that helped get everything accomplished in a short time frame

We worked with Debbie Hargadon, not John Wunderlich. We are experienced in dealing with lots of property sales, and Debbie came highly recommended. So we were expecting a good job, but she really went above and beyond. The closing on this home (a previous rental property for us) was delayed by about 7 weeks for various reasons, but nothing related to Debbie or us. We were really starting to get antsy about cash flow. Debbie came up with a way for the buyers to take early possession of the home and pay us at a daily rate equal to what we were getting while renting the home. We've never had an agent suggest such a creative way to handle a long closing like this, and it worked out perfectly. Granted, this was a one-off deal, but it felt really good to work with someone that was really listening to us and our concerns, instead of just saying "sorry, it's just taking a long time, nothing we can do". She came up with a plan and executed it to perfection. She's going to get all our listings in the future! :)
