The CVS in Morgan Hill is by far one of the best CVS’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve always gotten great care at CVS, but this place goes the extra mile. I did have to use a MinuteClinic twice in the past two months and the care I receive there was extraordinary!!

Miriam, at CVS 16995 Walnut Grove Drive in Morgan Hill CA, is exceptional. If you have any dilemmas she is the one to resolve them for you. She goes far beyond to help her customers by looking up discounts on your RX’s to help you save money ! She is friendly, courteous and professional!

Appalling customer service and incompetent to boot. Easily the worst pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Three trips to pick up a prescription and the line is down the aisle with one cashier ringing. I would never use this pharmacy but my insurance makes me

Don't go here unless you want to wait in line to only find out that your prescription that was sent in hours ago still isn't ready. Been here multiple times and this seems to alway be the case. Go elsewhere where you time and business is valued.

To all consumers - pl., DO NOT go to this CVS pharmacy. One of the pharmacist (Linda, I think that's her name) - my wife and I went for a flu shot - the pharmacist literally denied & refused to give us the flu shot. Just because - she had a lot of other work to do. And we had already waited in the line for 20 mins. Please go to Walgreens - it's literally right now. Walgreens pharmacists are so welcoming.

My overall rating of 3 is based upon a 5 for the pharmacy, but 1 for the rest of the retail operation. Jeremy and Corina do an excellent job in catering to their pharmacy customers by filling prescriptions quickly and effectively. Unfortunately, other employees in the store, such as Maria are terrible cashiers and interact with customers in a rather unfriendly manner. Actually, the cash wrap process at CVS takes a long time and causes a queue to form each time I go there. The cashier asks for your CVS number and if they don't get it correctly entered the first time, they need to ask the customer for the number again. This is especially problematic when the cashier is not listening carefully or paying attention to what they doing. One other annoyance of CVS' cash wrap process is that their register receipts are extremely long. This also takes time to print and therefore elongating the time at the cash wrap for the customer. In conclusion, CVS, being the largest pharmacy in the US, does a great job on dispensing medications, however, their other retail operation, especially in the cash wrap area should be reviewed and modified to get customers through that process more quickly and efficiently.

As we approach the front of the store we walk into what seems like a closed establishment. It's CVS! We shouldn't be walking around looking for employees. I don't mind if employees greet me at the front or not but I shouldn't have to play hide and seek just to purchase an item. We finally find an employee (Joseph) I believe name was who I then asked if we could have help with an item that was locked. As he walks to the area where we needed help we went to the next isle down to grab something real quick as he peaks to our isle stating"why would you call me over if your not there"! I'm not asking for too much now but respect especially from a well known establishment shouldn't be too much to ask for. Service sometimes is key to keeping customers in and out. And that shouldn't be too much to ask for. Honestly cannot come back here again!

The rep behind the counter was so awesome and patient. I went there around 4pm on a Saturday afternoon (12/29/2018 to be exact). There was something wrong with my insurance. She took the time to call them for me. Then advised me what to do, and because my rx was so expensive and I really had no choice but to purchase it, she found me a decent coupon that made it as low as possible. There was a long ling of customers, but she still remained patient with me. Good job :)

I hope management reads this. I just had a pretty weird experience. The people in front of me, didn't have a CVS card. So, instead of asking them if they would like to get a CVS card, the cashier asked me to give out my phone number - for them. People I don't know. Maybe this would have been Ok. But, I don't feel comfortable just giving out my number. So, when I said wasn't going to give out my number, she got mad. Very unprofessional.

Worst CVS Pharmacy I ever been. Very poor pharmacy service, I have been trying get medicine from almost 2 weeks.everytime I come in there always some issue. They chat along time with drive they customers while other customers are just waiting in store for them. I'm just going move to another pharmacy couple steps away. Worst Customer service Hands down!!!
