I am an elderly woman with mobility issues. I have had some problems with CVS drive through. For one time they had a sign saying they were short staffed and I needed to go inside to pick up my prescription. Now they have a sign that the drawer is broken and I have to go inside.. if you are short staffed then hire more staff. If the drawer is broken then fix it. I am fed up with this issue and now considering looking for a new pharmacy.

Highly recommended to refrain from using this particular CVS, especially the pharmacy. There is constant miscommunication and ill treatment of customers, with no consideration of the customers' time. The miscommunication is also rampant among the staff themselves. When there is an availability of a particular medication in formulary, which has been prescribed by a certified physician, it is behooving as to why there is so much unnecessary reluctance to fill the scripts. Customers are repeatedly asked to come back later as the pharmacists have to get on the same page. Incorrigible.

Locked their doors 15 minutes before their posed closing time Left us standing outside. Finally gave up and went across the street to the Walgreens. VERY RUDE!!!

It feels employees are no longer trained in how to talk to others, and this store gets all the ones who needed it most.If the “drive thru is closed” say that? Not what you said.I recommend Safeway across the street to anyone whose insurance hasn’t forced them to pickup at CVS. They have always been kind and understanding.Some people were or were not entertained by my confrontation with the pharmacy tech who was withholding my medications for no reason.I apologize to the customers behind and in front of me who I disturbed with my reactions. I treat others how they treat me.

A big BIG thank you to Kat in the pharmacy this morning, we had issues with a prescription transfer from another store and she was so kind and patient and went above and beyond to help us. She made a stressful situation so much easier and we appreciate her so much for that!

Easy parking and access to the store. Great place to buy greeting cards. Employees are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy is busy most of the time. But they seem to have a good amount of people working in that area. I've noticed that they have large containers that say disposal for sharps. A lot of people use self checkout.

7/29/23 So happy to have a new Morgan Hill Store Manager, Andrew, who excels at customer service. He helped me navigate a glitchy online issue so I could complete my purchase, plus he was super-nice. Yay, CVS!!!

One of the girls in the pharmacy was super rude and unhelpful. Help out with goodrx coupons! Medications are expensive. Work on customer service skills. Listen and don’t talk back with attitude! Thank you to the girl who did help us. You were great!

While locating an over the counter medication that requires scanning of a drivers license, I overheard a gentleman explaining he'd ordered his medication, wasn't able to pick it and as such it was returned to inventory, and now that he was in he needed it to filled again. The employee he was speaking to refused to acknowledge what he was saying and kept telling him he already received it, this went round and round. When we finally located the allergy medicine we were looking for, my daughter and I walked up and the lady behind the counter looked over and said they were closed, despite the all the windows were open and she was still arguing with the man needing his prescription. I returned the item needing pharmacist assistance then went over to self checkout. Sadly many items that can be purchased don't register for their weight in the bagging area, so multiple skip bagging, juggling of the weight....why this is important? Because it affects total time inside... after completing our transaction, we returned up our truck and I looked at my watch...6:03.... There's no way that the time I was turned away to the time I got up my car was less than 3 minutes, which means the pharmacy turned us away before they should have truly been closed. Annoying? Yes But sadly I'm not surprised. I can say when I drive across the street to Walgreens, everything went smoothly and folks weren't just professional, they were pleasant and helpful.
