Course was really clean and fun. The customer service was sub par according to the quality of the course. Me and my friends were given attitude and grumpiness from the pro shop attendant and making us go to the back of the line after we mentioned we wanted a cart because he didn’t want to add another transaction after we paid. Enjoyed the course greatly but the customer service ruined the first couple of holes.

Course was really fun and had a great time. However staff was little unfriendly. We had a 2:30 tee time. Showed up at 2:10, got to pro shop at 2:15, there was about 10 people in line and the man working was going very slow. We eventually got to the front at 2:29, where we were scolded for being late to the tee time, then not sure if he heard us, but we asked for 2 carts, so he rung my friend up, but only gave 1 cart key, we asked for the second one and he said he only rang us up for 1 cart. So we asked if he could get us another and he told us we would have to go to the back of the line, whcih was already long again. So we played a round with 2 of us in a cart and 2 of us walking. I understand you need to be there early for the tee time, however we were in line for a lot longer than expected. Other than that, course was really good, and we still had a great time!!

With so many great courses in the Bay Area, Coyote Creek is among my favorites. Great staff and great courses. The courses are well-kept, challenging, and fun. I especially love the holes on the east side of the highway with the peace and quiet. I always feel like I have the course to myself when I play those holes. Its a 60 mile one-way drive for me but I'll make that drive to Coyote with no second thoughts.

This is always my go-to place for practicing my game. The range is only grass tees which is tough to find in the Bay Area and a must for me while the short game and putting areas have plenty of space without feeling crowded. The conditions of both courses (Valley & Tournament) are usually pretty consistent and pace of play has never been too bad for me.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as we walked into the club House. Pace of play was managed when a group in front of us was falling behind. Greens were in great shape and the practice facilities were amazing. looking foreword to playing the Tournament course next time.

The marketing staff at Coyote Creek are incredible! I dropped by during a major storm, to buy Christmas gift cards and swag. They opened up the pro shop just for me to do so. We Love this course and the staff that make it so great!

I hosted a tournament recently and every aspect was 5 star. I will be looking to host my tournament at the golf club again next year. Working with Diane and Kayla was a breeze, they made everything very clear and expectations were met to make me look like a super star to my guests. The course was in great condition and I would recommend to anyone thinking about hosting their event here to go ahead and book it!

The courses are good, the newer management is not so good. I used to work at the original Riverside golf course before it became Coyote Creek as range/cart employee. The previous Coyote Creek management use to run the place better. Now the newer management is really an annoyance. They seem to arbitrarily enforce some their policies only sometimes on some folks, jacked the prices up a lot, and don't marshall the course to keep speed of play consistent. I have seemed to get reprimanded about something lame most times I go there now. I have had a lot of poor experiences with management playing there since the new management has been there.

For two years in a row I've been able to attend Ladies Golf events at Coyote Creek, and I have to comment on how spectacular and attentive the staff is. Kayla and Diane provided us with a fantastic experience on the golf course as well as at the luncheon that followed.Thank you Kayla and Diane for providing such wonderful experiences!

The platinum range and the tournament course is good but I wish the valley course fairways were better. And wish there are more spots on the practice range. But it is a really nice course.

Played there in a tournament. Left my speaker hanging on the cart. Call lost and found no help also called general manager twice left a message and no call back. I guess the cart guy is enjoying his new speaker. Nice golf course though.

Love everything about this place. Been here a couple of times, the most recent experience was not the best with customer service. We ate at the restaurant and the lady was so kind. The older man in the pro shop however... so rude. We were looking for golf balls to use for our upcoming game and my fiancé picked one up and he rudely responded "DON'T take it out if you're not going to buy." Did not catch his name and the whole time we were in the store he was just giving us glares as if we were stealing.

The fairways are in bad shape due to all the wild bore / pigs rooting up the. fairways. Also the sand traps were in horrible shape nobody seems to rake anymore and we teed off early so the grounds crew didn't take care of it from the day before. You have to maintain the course. We played the championship course .

Such a great public course. One of the best in South Bay. Well maintained tee boxes, fairway, and greens. And the all grass driving range is the cherry on top.

We go to this golf course for tournaments frequently. Among all the courses we visited, this is the one that is most disorganized. The restaurant doesn't open until 11am, the snack shop has no much to offer or ran out the only selling breakfast burritos by 9am. The restrooms inside the clubhouse and by the valley course, both are smelling, dirty and no toilet paper always. When you call for the food to pick up, no one pick up the phone or told you that the phone is inside the bar so they can't reach and will disregard. When you ask more Ice on a 90 degree hot day, the lady at bar said we need to charge $17 for a small bag of ice. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! They should invest on ice machines like others do in hot locations. The most unbelievable thing is they charge $40 for golf cart!!!! They said they have 2 - 18 hole courses so they need to charge higher fee. We don't care. We only play one course. Why it's being charged for 2 courses. The phone is full of 2 mins introduction before you can reach to certain department to book a tee or order food. I hope someone cares and make improvements there!
