Locked my keys inside my car this morning. Called AAA, shortly I have received a call from Michael asking what happened and updated me the time of his arrival. He came after 4 minutes, such a quick response time. He is great and knowledgeable!
Hopefully if ever I locked my keys in the car again, but let's hope not but for this company to come. A worker models the entire company and Michael sure did show how punctual and great Dick's Community Towing is!

I had Michael Valenzuela come and he was the quickest I had someone come from the initial request and fastest that they unlocked the car, he knew what he was doing ?

I called AAA because I got a flat tire, and Michael Valenzuela from Dick's Towing Community arrived shortly after my call. He was very professional and quickly changed the tire. What stood out about Michael was his kindness and understanding; he even went the extra mile by calling a tire center near Morgan Hill for me. Having a flat tire on a rainy day was no fun, but Michael made the whole experience simple and stress-free!

Michael V came out and help me change the tire on one of my vehicles and he was very nice and checked my spare tire and aired it up and then changed the tire for me. He was quick and efficient which helped me get back on the road quickly.

Michael Valenzuela was great! He was professional, friendly, and pleasant to talk to. My vehicle wouldn’t start this afternoon and I couldn’t find anyone with a jumper cable. So I called AAA and Michael showed up. He charged my dead car battery but eventually replaced it with a new one. Thanks Michael!

Eyzik and Chris were awesome!!! I appreciated their positive energy and excellent service. They made sure the warranty was available on the battery and that they charged me the correct price. They took care of me as a customer. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!

I had low tire pressure and Bernardo from Dicks community tow was very helpful and fast! Also took the time to make sure my tire was not leaking air.
