If you're thinking about opening an account here, I highly suggest you don't. There's not much fault within just this branch It's the company as a whole. There are so many things that your average bank offers you that for whatever reason this bank does not one of those includes being open on a Saturday, which is just ridiculous. I went in because I just opened a bank account for my business and realized they won't even print checks for you. You have to order them and then they mail them and you don't even get them for two weeks. So I then had to transfer all of my money out of this account which was the whole thing in itself because they give you a $500 daily limit just to sell your own personal bank account. You also have no way of transferring your savings into your checking on the app just a lot of running around and inconveniences that you can find more convenience elsewhere. I also have to say, considering I made the comment at the bank teller that I wasn't too sure about my account with them as it seems they don't offer the things that I need as well as a personal banker sitting at her desk was within earshot even remotely tried to convince me otherwise. Closing this account, do yourself a favor and don't open one.

I have been doing business with Citi in other branches and cities and used to enjoyed their services. Unfortunately, my recent experiences span over multiple months with Citi's Morgan Hill branch has eroded my trust in Citi. I agree with some of the previous reviews about the current branch manager - rude, must be a know-it-all, and bias toward certain type of customers.Manager and some staff certainly are not align with Citi's value and way of treating customers. They are non genuine.There is always a long line there and they have only 1 to 2 tellers. The staff there cannot handle crowd and not efficient.I would not invest my money and trust in this bank. We all want great banking experiences and there are many other choices out there.

Manager is very rude and not helpful at all. She recommended me to go and gather certain legal documents and then when I did, she said to call the 1-800 number to customer service?! I did so in the bank and said that now the bank manager could help me. The bank manager was so angry because she actually had to do "work"! I never heard back from the bank or the manager after waiting more than a month!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I do not recommend this bank!

I went during my lunch hour today to make a simple deposit. Only one teller was open at 1:00 PM. I walked in and looked for a rope or sign to indicate where the line started. No rope nor sign. So I stood where the start sign was on my last visit to this bank. The manager was there but did not offer to help any customers. Just talked about high school classmates. I even learned she graduated in 1984! Wow! Now that's great. As I stood there for 15 minutes 5 other people had come in the bank. The manager informed me I was standing in the wrong location. She pointed to where the line started. No apology for the wait. No apology for not opening another teller location to start helping customers. She mumbled something about not knowing who was next. I told her I walked in first. There was a lady sitting waiting for the person the teller had been helping. She said that I was next. I thanked her. The teller who had been helping her friend called for the next customer. I walked up and made my deposit after waiting 18 minutes. Terrible customer service and management. Truly a big disappointment for Morgan Hill.

Closed for lack of staff twice in 2 months now. A real pain as this is the closest location to me, still a 40 mile round trip. The next closest location is a 70 mile round trip from my house. The personnel are fine if there are enough of them to open.

Chatting too much with customers. There is a waiting line. Get to the point and finish your work. Then other people don’t have to wait for your chatting.

Probably the worst service I've ever received at a bank. The manager (who was dressed inappropriately, UGGS and JEANS) was loud, indiscreet and blatantly rude. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism, especially at a banking establishment. This branch needs a NEW MANAGER and NEW tellers ASAP.

This review is for this Morgan Hill specific location. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. "Manager" was rude, indiscreet and has a complex that she is ALL KNOWING. I can't imagine having to deal with her as a boss, probably the reason this branch can't keep employees. After I take care of closing out my fathers accounts I will never go back here.
