My son and grandson went to the Chevron station on East Dunne on Sunday, December 3rd, and the Cashier (old Black man) started yelling at my grandson. My grandson asked the old man where the trash can was, and the old man pointed to the trash can then yelled at my grandson that that was not the trash can he was referring to. He demanded that my grandson take the trash out of the trash can. My son overheard the commotion and realized that the old Cashier was yelling at his son. My son told the old Cashier not to be yelling at his son so that old Cashier told both of them to get out. That is the worst customer service I have ever heard and am surprised that Chevron would hire an old man with no customer service or patience.

Of course gas is expensive but Chevron seems to be leading the way in high gas prices. I needed a paper towel to wipe something down and all the paper towels were out at every gas pump.

Chevron gas is the only gas I put in my Prius and Mercedes. The Techron additive helps insure all the gas burns. That cheap gas stations do Not have Techron, so some of the gas that does not burn, drips into the oil pan and that's what makes your oil black faster...

Card readers don't work. Forced to go inside to pay. Way to socially distance. Card readers work across the street and there's twice as many pumps. Lower price as well

Terrible chevron. Paid for can wash but pump would not print receipt. Went inside to cashier who could not count change, operate cash register and had a line if people 15 minutes long. She could not figure out to print receipt so we paid for a car wash and not get one. Second time this has happened. Never again

Price is consistently lower than other gas stations in the area. Brightly lit filling areas and perfect covering for those rare rainy California days. Easy access to Trader Joe's after filling up. Of course the Safeway awards of $0.20 per gallon is always welcomed.

Willie was the sweetest guy I ever met ! He really gave off happy and positive vibes ! I will come back to this location for anything ! Just to see him he was so friendly it made me n my friends day ! I never met any Any one so nice in my entire life !! 100/10 customer service!!

Pretty convenient location, but easily and consistently the highest prices in town. Drive a few blocks further or go to other side of the freeway and save at least 25 cents per gallon.

Wow? went here 4/27 struggled with the pump because of its condition # 1. The store had busted out glass door. This station has no pride or customer service. It is run by people who do not seem to feel valued or really give a crap. Keep in-mind I'm paying almost a dollar more for gas because I am coming here for a car wash. The pump was not displaying properly. Was unable to get receipt. Went in side to get receipt. The woman there was unable to operate system or whatever? She then goes outside talks to the car wash guy. He keeps talking in circles. I point blank ask him so you are telling me that I do not get my discounted car wash because your pump#1 is malfunctioning. I just paid over 90$ for your overpriced gas for a car wash and I'm not going to get it? Buh bye never coming back. I have been coming here for 20 years I am done!
