5 stars doesn't seem enough for the attention and expertise I experienced at Savvy Tax! Zdenka is amazing and her assistance with my S-Corp as well as my personal taxes was first class! She is extremely responsive and although she is swamped with work, always took the time to answer questions or reply to emails. This was my first year using her services and I will be a long time customer. Thank you Zdenka for making what normally is a worrisome/stressful time and turning it into a great experience!

This service did a fine job of filing taxes for a fair price. There was an error last year they didn't catch which resulted in a $70 fine from the IRS on top of the discrepancy. We also had issues getting our taxes filed where they confirmed they had our documents and then effectively lost them and we had to scramble to get them done in time. The final straw was asking tax implication questions about our home sale and the only good thing was they included the URL to the tax code so we could see they were clearly wrong, later confirmed by our realtor and new CPA. If you have simple returns and need some help, this is a good price for the work. If you need anything extra you'll have to follow up and do your own legwork.

Zdenka, is so attentive and responsive to answering all your questions to ensure your returns are complete with no loose ends. I would highly recommend Savvy tax for completing your tax returns. Mine are not that easy as well with rental properties and alternative investments. Two big thumbs up!! She is very easy to work with and gives you her undivided attention and time!

Excellent services! Easy to contact and very timely if not immediate responses. The process to file my taxes is very simple and convenient. Ana was so great! She was very responsive and made time to do some last minute notarizations for us and she even gave us an awesome deal. She was right on time and super nice to talk to. We have her card on our fridge and will absolutely call her in the future and refer friends and family to her. She was wonderful and we highly recommend.

I've tried for over two months to get in touch with this company, leaving voice mails, speaking with Carlos and or his secretary, and they either don't return my calls, or are not there at the time they agreed upon...It's quite frustrating.Their service of tax preparation is of reasonable price, but even to get an appointment is difficult.I just wish they had someone working there who was more professional at working with clients.

Receive advice over the phone... I thought that Danko was first of all very nice and easy to talk to... (I might be spelling her name incorrectly) The advice I got ...I felt was honest and as though she was really trying to help me. (you know how you know the person is "real"... I got the feeling that she was giving me her true opinion -good and bad and it felt real. Which is what I needed.) Much appreciate it! I felt like a whole weight was lifted off my shoulders after that conversation... Would highly highly recommend this company!

If anyone needs tax help, I would definitely recommend Zdenka and Ana at Savvy Tax and Bookkeeping. I received a letter from the state of Ca. Saying I Owed money ( which I Didn't) I called Zdenka, and she reached out to the State of California and fixed the issue that day. I for sure will be using them to do my taxes from now on! Thank you Zdenka and Ana for helping me out with a stressful situation.

I contacted Ana recently for mobile notary services. She responded to my Yelp request for quote immediately and carefully detailed the costs. When I needed to adjust the appointment time last minute, she was very responsive via text message and was able to accommodate. She was efficient, organized, and very pleasant to work with.Though my appointment was for notary services, I will be looking into her other services as well. I highly recommend her.

Zdenka is fabulous! She went above and beyond and spent hours with me sorting out various issues she found when pulling my tax info. She genuinely cares for you, and is beyond knowledgeable on a wide array of tax info! It is rare to find a tax preparer so personable and also with professionalism, attention to detail and accuracy. This is my first year with her and I am so glad I was referred to her. I will be back for years to come!
