Clean & Cute. Kind staff! Reasonable boutique prices!
I was greeted upon entering by a young lady working. Personally, I don’t like being asked questions when I shop and I think the staff does a good job of reading the room as I was kindly left to my own devices. Perfect for me! We chatted a bit and checkout and my questions were answerwd. Overall, this was a very peaceful shopping experience.

One of my favorite places to stop off at when I need a gift, some retail therapy, have a special event, or just need a little happy paroozing. Cactus Lounge Boutique has such a fun mix of , light hearted, airy, bright, some formal, some casual, some comfy, some flowy, some showy, some trendy, some staples, and always cute and on trend clothes, and accessories. Every time I step into this boutique I’m greeted by a friendly, smiling, face. Often times the associate may be folding, steaming, packing orders, but always checks on me and I’ve noticed always greets customers. I love the small town feel you get when visiting.
One of my favorite things about Cactus lounge Boutique is the store owner, Alyssa’s efforts across social media and their community involvement. Alyssa is so personable and her team really make great efforts to post often and be on top of try on’s and you can tell they are always looking for ways to reach out to their community. Whether it be offering free in town delivery, to donating at school auctions, hosting events and private parties, their presence in the community is unmatched. I would highly recommend Cactus Lounge Boutique and if you can’t visit, they also have a website.

Thought I’d pop in on my day off and treat myself. Felt very unwelcome here. Was asked if I wanted a room started but that was all. No how are you doing in there, need another size, how did it work out, thanks for coming in…. Nothing- just silence. Felt snobby and uncomfortable

Finally had a chance to pop into this boutique since moving to Morgan Hill. I’ll start off by noting the young blonde girl, Kennedy, has a pretentious Los Gatos attitude that I wasn’t thrilled with. Her energy felt very snooty. Megan, on the other hand was extremely helpful and friendly. She assisted me in finding a few items that I saw online and provided styling advice as I tried them on. I had my bichon baby with me as he loves to shop. The ladies didn’t acknowledge him or provide a dog treat which was disappointing. I ended up purchasing 3 pieces of clothing that I felt were cute, trendy and decent quality. They only offer store credit within 10 days which was also disappointing. Women should be allowed to change their minds for a full refund. I probably won’t shop this boutique regularly unless the customer service improves.

Such a beautiful boutique with so many cute selections! Super friendly staff! I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop and Rose was quick to help with a fitting room. I’ve been a loyal customer of Cactus Lounge Boutique from day 1, when Alyssa first started her business out of her home! Not only does Alyssa and her staff do all the work by finding awesome pieces (clothing, shoes, gifts, jewelry), but through the years I’ve come to trust Alyssa’s opinion and know she is a genuine, honest and overall wonderful human! And that made me even happier to support her business. During the pandemic years, this business was a huge part of my weekly life, haha. While we were all stuck at home with limited access to shopping out at stores, Alyssa made sure she held virtual shopping events every week and supported her customers not only for buying items but also just creating that sense of community online which was a bright light during those years! It has been amazing seeing the business grow and evolve through the years and hope that continues for many years to come. Thank you Alyssa and team!

Morgan Hill is so lucky to have such an awesome clothing store for all ages! Alyssa is an integral part of the community and always supports small businesses! I’m a frequent shopper and her clothes are show stoppers for me! I get so many compliments on everything I purchase! Her brands are Comfy, affordable, wash well, and her service at the store calls for an all around wonderful experience ! Wish I could give her 100 stars!
