Hello
I only been at this storage for about 2 years.
My rent has been raised at least twice.
I am on a fixed income, I am worried that my rent is getting too expensive for me to afford.

I just moved in, but I had a very good experience with the manager and her son. Process was super easy and overall great experience would recommend to others. Plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.Nice and clean and maintained property.

Clean, affordable, and comes with a truck to help you move in (with driver) as long as you live within ten miles of the location. Easy day.

Well located, clean and safe facility. Friendly, helpful staff. We had our furnishings and files in storage there for 4+ years. If we need storage again, we will go back to Butterfield Self Storage.

A very clean facility that we would highly recommend to anyone. Billing and payments handled efficiently online. Access codes to enter and exit. We felt safe and secure. A variety of sizes were possible it just depended on availability.

Mateo was great! Very helpful and helped us decide on which unit …answered all our questions. Unit and surroundings very clean, organized. Mateo made sure we could get in and out of gate, before leaving us:)

Prices went up but the safety and the employees are worth it. It's always nice to know you have caring, compassionate people looking after your belongings and always there to help. I trust this place and the truck they have to help you on move in is an awesome benefit. They always have move in specials and easy transitions. I recently downgraded and trust me finding the help to do so was the worst part everything else was smooth. It's a mom and son team and they are always friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion.
