Super friendly and fast! Smogged and out the door in 15 minutes with no appointment. I really liked the feral kitties that the owner has, too. I happened to be the first customer of the day and it was fun to watch the cats eat breakfast while I waited.

Had to find a new auto mechanic. Friend of mine referred me to Prince. He was very professional, Explained all what needed to be done. Very reasonable and trustworthy.

Honest and reliable. They could have charged me for doing nothing but they said I did not do any extensive repair while two others were quoting me thousands. Time will tell but I appreciate honesty above all else!

My lady and I have been using best auto for the last 2 years. The work prince and his mechanics do I would describe as accurate and efficient. Top quality mechanics. Personal service that far exceeds all other shops I've been to. I cannot say enough about how happy I've been with this mechanic shop. I would recommend it to anyone. Honesty is a rare quality in mechanic shops locally. Prince is honest to a fault. He and I have become friends.. I'm grateful for the way I'm treated when I need help with my truck

All I can say is that the gentleman Prince is truly a man of character when it comes to ethical business practices. I do not know what happened with the gentleman who reported one star, that was his experience, but that has not been mine nor the many others that are here. I brought my car in and he did not charge me to even look at it or assess it which for many mechanic shops they will do. And then he told me, my options and went with the lowest intrusive approach (if I can say that), just to make sure that we were handling one thing at a time financially minded.

Best Auto care is owned by a great team with over 30 years of European and Domestic auto repair experience. I was given a smog check within 10 minutes of driving up. Very kind and responsive team. I will use them again.

Beware of this place! This review is long over due. You are better off bringing to somewhere else to fix as this place takes too long to get it done not only that he is dishonest. If you want to get disappointed then by all means come here
