Guess I'm not the only one that has issues with this bank. Went in to get my name changed only to be told by the teller they can't do it and I have to do it over the phone. Call BoA customer support and said no you can do it in person. So the teller lied and she was super rude! This BoA needs lessons on customer service and how to run a bank!

Get ready to stand in line for 20 minutes with 10 other people because they refuse to open more than one window

Some of the tellers are becoming more friendly. I miss the old manager Bill Owen, he was great and his team really cared and treated you with respect. Who CLOSES FOR LUNCH ON FRIDAYS??4/14/23Also Long lines .... A suggestion (3x suggested) to slide the mobile counter to the line ( like it other banks ) so you don't have to get off line to fill out slips???***Nobody gets off line to go against back wall to fill slips out, which causes slower Lines!! Hello. It's a simple fix!

Fraudulent activity at the ATMs here. I just got scammed $1k from this location! BOA customer service indicates someone withdrew from this ATM from my account! Now I have to wait almost 90 days to find out what happened! This is ridiculous!

This bank has consistently gone down hill over the past 5 years. This was a great bank that really cared about their customers about 10 years ago. Now the staff and managers are rude, they will tell you to go to another branch when they feel lazy or blatantly do not feel like helping you. Most of the experienced employees have left because of the culture created by this management.. creating high turnover with super poor customer service..

If I could give a 0 I would. I've been banking with BoA for over 10 years. I brought 60 dollars cash in to get exchanged for smaller bills for a little league softball sale, and they flat out refused. The woman I dealt with was very rude, she immediately looked at me weird and asked why. After I told her she went and got her manager who told came and told me no. I am flabbergasted as every other bank I've ever went to has exchanged bills with no questions asked, I thought it was a standard across all banks but apparently not this one. I see why it has 2 stars

Horrible customer service. I walked up to the front of the line and the teller put the next window sign up. It was 10 minutes before closing. He was just being lazy, then his manager made him open up. He then gave me wrong information which caused a a delay in a check being processed.

Who goes to banks anymore? Well, I do occasionally. I made a quick stop here while I was in the area. There wasn't a wait to meet an agent and I was in and out quickly which is all that I need.

They never answer their phones they are really slow albeit professional.... Bank at another location if you can. BofA should really work on their experience here.... So difficult to work with this center. No callbacks when requested, slow churn of customers, no pickup on main line... Making me think about changing banks entirely... Frustrating experience!

I have some important documents in this bank where the financial center is now closed? They asked me to send an email and I did & am still waiting for their response. I am just beyond disgusted at the lack of transparency and CS. I am worried about what is going on here.

Once you get ahold of a live person, I'm sure they're nice. But good luck with that. Also they close early when it suits them. I know it's nobody's great aspiration to work at a local branch providing customer service, but they could try answering their phones for a little variety in their day.
