This place is still used for boat storage. It was nice, minus the animals and other boat owners who let their old tarps and covers blow everywhere, until I was giving my spot back. I am still owed partial space rent. I was told that the contract said I have to give 30 days notice on the 1st of the month and the contract only says, give a 30 days notice and RENT is due on the 1st of the month. Store here at your own risk of losing money
