I've only been coming here on Saturdays the past month but I gotta say I really love the long Saturday workouts and community. Everyone is super friendly and supportive. Super close to my house to it's easy to get to. Just did the Murph with them yesterday and it was awesome seeing the hospitality and consultant workout explanations/ variety. I've been to 3 CrossFit places so far and this place def has a family vibe / mentality. Very rare quality.

Really enjoyed the gym.... it's very clean and everyone there makes you feel at home...it is almost like you have your own personal trainer...the care and instruction given is awsome...with such a fine detail for form you can't but help get into shape......the owners are great and their flexibility was even better...for not being a crossfit member in over ten years rikki modified my wife's and mine workout as to not kill us and it has been highly appreciated....yes we recommend this gym......you will not be disappointed..... ron and terri caddell

Went with a buddy to workout, didn't know I was going to a Crossfit gym. You hear the stereotype about Crossfit - the grunting, banging of the weights, flipping of the huge tires etc... but my first experience at a Crossfit gym, this one in particular, was a lot better than I expected. Abe was very welcoming. He had us perform several exercises with no weights so he could make sure our form was correct for the workouts we were doing that day.0 There were 2 phases of the workout. First we started with several rounds of light weight excersices and stretching. This was for about 15 minutes or so. The next phase was timed (about 40 minutes) and consisted of a circuit - several strength exercises with weights and some that were more cardio focused. The timed portion really gets your competitive nature flowing and you want to push yourself. I was gassed afterwards. During all the workouts Abe was always checking in to make sure everything was good and also providing encouragement. And it just wasn't Abe, all the other members there (about 10 or so during the time I went) were all very friendly and eager to answer questions. I had such a good experience I came back 2 days later for another round - albeit sore from the previous workout but ready for more. If you live or commute around Morgan Hill and are looking to try a new workout routine or interested in trying Crossfit I would definitely recommend stopping by and speaking with Abe! You can't go wrong.

I came to Awareness because I wanted to get in shape for my daughters upcoming wedding. I was apprehensive because I’ve only heard about people getting injured in Crossfit. I’m in my 50’s, hadn’t exercised in 2 years, and after 5.5 months, I feel so much stronger and people at work have noticed that I’ve lost weight!! I feel great! No injuries!! Abe watches over everyone like we’re family, he genuinely cares about us. He also coaches us about our diet! I’d never have thought I’d look forward to working out and feel bad if I missed a class! If you’re looking for a new place to get fit, I highly recommend Awareness CrossFit!!

Love this gym. Abe is a nice honest coach who cares about your health. The class are fun for people who are just starting to workout and expert level. The equipment is new and everyday there is a new routine. Awareness CrossFit is a BOX you must join!

This is not like any other gym. The professionalism and knowledge Abe brings is exceptional. All he wants to do is help you reach your goals and get you to live a healthier life style. He definitely knows his craft. I highly recommend this gym to anyone even your a beginner to crossfit it's ok Abe will customize your workouts to get you acclimated and feel comfortable with the workouts. Go visit the gym and join are CrossFit family.

First off I want to say you will not be disappointed with this crossfit. Abe is the owner and he very friendly with a great personality. The first week I went he said I could try it out for free and then go from there. Well let me tell you I haven't left since February of 2019. I just started and I am not planning on leaving unless I move. He is really good at what he does and will work with you and guide you through your fitness journey. From the time you get there till an hour later you will get your moneys worth. A hour a day with him is all you need. You will thank me later

I've been going to Awareness CrossFit for almost 5 months. I wasn't sure if it was for me at first, but it's been an amazing addictive experience that I would highly recommend to everyone!! Abe is so conscientious of what each individual can handle, and he pushes just enough. He makes every workout different and fun! It's basically as hard as you make it for yourself, and Abe makes sure to keep you safe! I feel stronger than I've ever felt! Abes workouts combined with his diet suggestions have put me on the right track in obtaining my goal to get in shape for my daughters upcoming wedding!! I'd definitely recommend giving Awareness CrossFit a try!!!

I have been going for about a month and I love it. Abe is very dedicated on taking you to be the best you can while teaching you how to properly eat. I'm addicted to this gym. It's family oriented and also ver fun place to be. If you are planning on trying CrossFit come here it will be the best invest for your body !!
