Went to Autozone in MH yesterday and when I walked in there was RAP music playing with constant offensive language being sung and was really surprised that the use of MF, and the F word and other swear words were constantly being played. So disappointed to have to be subjected to this type of environment. I didn't say anything to the young man behind the counter but felt I should say something to management to make them aware of a negative customer experience. Not sure I will go back.

This is my favorite auto parts store in the area. There's always a good number of employees available, they're open later than most, and the employees are helpful.

I needed a left hand blinker light for my Ford Expedition. The store said they would help me install, but was short handed and come back in another day. The store clerk showed me a video how to install. 2 days later, I asked the store to help me that the video was different for my car. . There was 4 clerks in the store, and only one person said they would help. His name was Art. Art told me that the store could not be responsible for installing anything anymore. Me, a 75 yr old woman was willing to take all responsibility. Art helped install the blink light out in the rain and said the other side needs to be changed out also. He was right. The right side was ready to burn out. He helped install that one also. I truly appreciate the help in the store and out of the store. I've purchased other mechanical means at the Auto Zone store with great help. Thank-you!

I would like to thank and give recognition to the young man Thomas, who was very help to help me with my battery for my fab, I could not figure how to open with out breaking it. Great service and very kind.

Normally I have no problem with the place. however when you reserve a tool for the next day and they confirm it is there. But they did not understand the difference between a vacuum gauge and a vacuum pump. It screws up your day of work scheduled. It sucks.
