This review pertains only to the Morgan Hill, CA store that I had the misfortune of dealing with over the course of 5-6 weeks starting in December 2023. I had decided to buy/upgrade TWO iPhone 15s after reviewing my account with the manager, with her assuring me that I'd pay no more than my current month's bill. That was the start of a cluster of errors, not the least of which she ordered the wrong phone. Getting it returned and receiving the correct one was a frickin' ordeal. In the meantime I'd gotten to use the wrong phone, that I paid for btw, as a "loaner" and buying a case to protect said loaner. [Don't buy accessories here unless you absolutely don't plan to return - I paid with cash (debit card) and got refunded on a Visa gift card. WTH] . So here we are weeks later, love the iPhone but it was almost not worth the umpteen visits back to the store plus several phone calls to AT&T - all to correct her (Chyla's) mistake. If your carrier is AT&T, find a different store to shop.

Highly recommend. I was assisted by Handt and he was professional, warm, and solution-oriented. There was an issue with the account but he was able to fix it within 10 mins. He made sure that my phone was working before I left the store. Handt’s kindness and care was a gift to me. Thanks!

Have visited this store since I moved to California, and am very happy with the service here. A special thanks to the Store Manager Chyla, Handt and David for their spectacular customer service. Everything from atmosphere to efficiency is dialed to a 10.

Finally under new management. Went in there to pay my bill and had a pleasant experience, for once. Even saved money on my bill because she asked where I work and my job offered a discount. They actually customer service now.

I was a bit skeptical about going to this store because of the reviews but after stopping by they do have new management and staff.. they are very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. I was on the phone with customer service and what they were saying didn't make sense to me so I went in and they showed me step by step quote for each of my phones and the total bill! Made much more sense than on the phone. They had a great selection of phones and cases for those phones ! I grabbed a few things I needed since my case wouldn't fit the new phone and mt charger was a few years old they got me a deal on those as well! Great value for what you are getting! I would recommend this store based off of the service I got today!

I've only been in this store once. Never again will I ever buy anything from these childish, unprofessional, disgusting people!!! Not only was I mistreated because they thought I didn't have money because I was wearing a tank top, shorts, and some flip flops. I was rushed and rudely treated because it was during lunch hour. I just went in to buy a new iPhone. They tried telling me they couldn't help me because I wasn't a customer. I am a customer and have been for years. I'm a prepaid customer but a customer nonetheless. I have always went in to buy every phone I've ever had cash. Personally I don't like payment plans because At&t over charges and add on stuff without your consent. This stores associates bug you about cases and screen protectors. I know they work off commission but they go to far where I felt uncomfortable and forced. I always buy my accessories from Amazon. When I was shown cheaper, more affordable phones. I was kindly asking him for the newest iPhone pro max at that time. He giggled and said are you sure. Insulted, most definitely but I kept my cool. He brings it out and before he hands it to me he asks me if I can keep up with the $47 a month. I told him there was no need. I'll be fully paying it off and because of the way I was treated. I would rather spend $100 elsewhere then give you a commission. His whole attitude changed and he not once but twice complimented my taste in phones and the color I picked. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to people. Especially when your in customer service. I'm so shocked AT&T has not fired the entire team to replace them with a more professional staff. Like have they not seen all these horrible reviews!? So now I just buy my phone's straight from the brand's websites. Get your shit together At&t!

Went there to upgrade a phone and a heavy set man and a short dark skin Latina provided no help. Both gave me a dead look like why was I even in the store. Probably the worst customer service I’ve had in a cellular store.

I would not recommend visiting this AT&T! I came here just 1 time and regretted right after. The employee ordered the wrong phone and that's not even all, he also added AT&T next up without my consent and I also had to return the phone myself because they said they couldn't. I came here to get my son a phone for this birthday and that was a big fail because once I return the phone by USPS I had to wait until the phone got back to AT&T warehouse in Texas in order for me to order another phone. The returned phone took almost 3 weeks to get back to them and once I was able to order the correct phone they were now out of stock of the color I my wanted. There goes my son gift, late and the wrong color. Make sure if you do come to this store keep an eye out on them adding extras to your service without you knowing. Stick to ordering online. It goes through all the options and you pick what you want without add one being added without your consent.

My girlfriend got me a iPhone sent to our home . She then went to this location to activated and then got up sold to activate another line with the google pixel. She didn’t like the pixel and then returned it the next day and they gave her a Samsung. There systems were down and didn’t complete the return and sent her home . They didn’t follow up with the process now and corporate is holding her liable for a 1200$ phone that she doesn’t have possession off. We’ve gone back to the store but the unresponsive agent keeps telling us the same story “ he’s waiting for a manager or regional GM to come in and process it”… corporate can’t acknowledge the information and is holding here to the debt because the have a 12 day grace period that the window for return and exchanges are allowed.

Huge thank you to Handt!! He helped me with my phone so fast and I was stuck in a super magnified state for two days. Can't say enough about how much I appreciate this young man! Give him a raise!

I called to ask and speak to someone about my bill increasing randomly. He told me he wasn't able to help me (nor willing to even try) and told me I had to come in to speak to his manager.
