I shopped with another jeweler online. I got my ring today and it was horrible so I made my way down to my local Zales and met with Charlotte who showed me an amazing ring. I was able to walk out with the ring same day thank God because I needed it in two days. Thanks again, Charlotte

Bad customer experience, nobody wanted to help me, just on their phones laughing . Asked if someone could help me see a peice, they replied “someone else will be with you” I waited for 20 minutes standing by the case. Nobody ever came so I left.
