Please be aware that this is not the mobile mechanic that people are referring to in previous reviews. We've been coming here since 2006 and they don't do mobile. They're extremely efficient and fast. I never have any problems with them. They give you a quote as soon as you get there too.

The one star is appropriate and I'll tell you why. I used this company once 4 months ago I had a brake job it went well. 4 months after that I decided to do installation 4 sets oxygen sensor on my vehicle. May 4th The mechanic came out on time, The mechanic had a difficult time installing the last 2. I said it's OKI get half of my money back I call the company and you wouldn't believe what the response was. They reply that's a hour labor job that's all we can charge you I reply what about the other 2 oxygen sensors the mechanic did not complete the job sorry sir won't you allow 1 hour but what about my other 2 sensors no reply. One of the Rep lied and says she will not charge my account until they settle this matter a day later my account was charged which I wasn't worried about it because I have a good fraud department. It did not take me too long to study this company and there's special scam skimming practices. To all read this beware of this company the list services this that does not protain to certain vehicles but it's not listed what vehicles they are. If a mechanic does not finish on time they will charge you on your account and will not reimburse you. So if you are using your bank a certain credit card or whatever case may be make sure that they have a good fraud department to retrieve your money back. After the mechanic was done and I was done with the Rep over the phone or should I say customer service.

They Stripped oil plug bolt and put sealant on it n didn’t say anything.
So my daughter’s mom is giving my daughter her 2012 Accord with 100,000 miles. She brought it over to my house so I could go through it and put in a Soundsystem before We have it shipped to Florida. I noticed that there was a small oil leak and I found the oil plug bolt was leaking and there was a bunch of sealant all around it. I pulled it out and all the threads from the pan came with it. They were the last ones to do the oil change. Even my daughter knows how to change her own oil and knows not to over torque the oil pan bolt. What a bunch of dumb monkeys that work here. This is not the first bad story that I’ve heard about these people so I was surprised my ex-wife was even taking it there. Had I known i would’ve advised against it.

So I filled out the online form, and got zero response. So I called, guy rudely told me, "we don't work on 81 cars" ... Can't even believe this idiot. A 1981 Firebird is one of the easiest cars to work on in the history of automobiles. I don't want a mechanic who doesn't even know that much about my car. Never calling this fool again.

Very disappointing. After replacing the water pump, the car started to make squeaking sound. I call in to get it check and fixed. After they agreed it was under warranty, the mechanic canceled on me over 4 times for various reasons. It has been several weeks now and still no fix. I would not recommend using Your Mechanic - they don't support you well when issues arise.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had a power window regulator replaced. The service was performed professionally and timely. I do have one problem. I was quoted a price of $460.00. After the service I signed the work order, then went in to check my bank statement. It seems I was charged $530.00. Not even close to what I was quoted. Not happy with that.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My dad hired the mobile guys to fix his car they set a date and time. For a four days later. Late in the day, the day before the appointment, they rescheduled for another day. Which was fine because it was only the following day after the original appointment. However the time was for 8 at night which doesn't seem like a good time to be working on a car in someone's driveway without the sun light. Regardless my father wanted to have them come and get it done. Their website states they are closed at 5pm during weekdays. So naturally I was confused as to how and why they are sending people out when they aren't even open. Beyond all that. The mechanic they were sending was claimed to be their best guy. As soon as he showed up he was talking a million miles an hour as if he was spun out on drugs and flipping out about the company talking down on it. My dad said yeah I understand man but that doesn't have anything to do with me. The mechanic said "now your giving me a hard time too". My room is situated near the driveway so I heard the entire interaction between this guy and my father. The mechanic proceeded to tell my father that he would need multiple parts to fix it and that he only had one of the parts. After finally checking out under the hood. My dad stated something along the lines of "ah what the heck, that's a bummer" no profanity was used. And the mechanic flipped out yet again telling my dad he doesn't need to cuss him out. By that point I walked out side as the mechanic walked over to his car while saying I'll just leave now you can call the company. My dad said "wait on" because he was so confused as to why the man was so angry and up in arms. I asked my dad what was going on and he said I don't know that guy is just being crazy. At that point the mechanic told my father to stop talking. He also drove away completely erratically almost hitting trash cans at the house across from us where two small kids live. I feel like this dude would have ran them over in his fit of rage if they were outside. The absolute worst experience with a mechanic ever! And I've had one use duct tape to fix something before.

Call on April 3rd to make a appointment. Now April 24th and still my car has not been service. Mechanic keep rescheduling now a 5th time. They want to claim the part is not available but the nice lady I talked to on April 20th said she called the parts department and the part is available. I have been borrowing other people cars to drive to work. I think because this service is under warranty and I don't have to pay so, they not trying to repair the mistake they made the first time they serviced my car.
