Went in looking for a prom dress and tried on a few options in my interest, but the dresses just didn’t work out for me. Me and my company respectfully put the dresses back on their hangers properly and placed them on the go back rack. However, as we were leaving, we heard several comments from the workers about how long we took along with other rude remarks. As a young woman simply looking for the right dress to make important memories in, I feel that it was completely inappropriate and unnecessary for those comments to be made, as we made no mess nor were a disruption to the work place.

I have a gathering to go to tomorrow and I have been a customer of Windsor for many many years infact that is always the first place we go look for any type of dress for me and my daughter unfortunately the last time I was there with my daughter I had the most horrible experience I was greeted kindly and asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I said I have a return I'm just browsing before I could say anything else the employee was already looking in my return bag wich by this time I was already upset very upset that she did not ask for my bag and if she did it was in her hand before i could answer she grabbed and looked through it then she rudely asked if I had a receipt I snatched bag from her and said yes I do she asked to see it and I walked away I tried on two dresses the other lady in fitting room was short and bit rude to me I'm sure the other lady told her something about the situation earlier I felt uncomfortable got dressed and just made my return and left they were both short and very rude. I took everything in me to not tell them what I was thinking. If your policy is that to look through customers bags with out permission please let me know so I won't ever shop at your stores the rudeness and disrespect was incredible. She acted as if she did nothing wrong and treated me as if I was in the wrong the whole time it was incredible. Like I said I have a gathering today and your store is the most convenient for me and it's hard to think about going back rather drive farther to not deal with not just bad customer service but disrespectful employees!

In my recent shopping experience, I had the pleasure of receiving exemplary assistance from the dressing room attendant. Her exceptional kindness, extensive product knowledge, and unwavering patience greatly facilitated my selection of an evening dress, leaving me with a newfound sense of confidence. I wholeheartedly commend her professionalism and customer service. A five-star rating is well-deserved. I wished I had caught her name to give her the recognition she deserved; she was of Hispanic descent.

I had a great experience shopping at this Windsor. Vanessa I believe her name is; I know she is the manager at this store. Great customer service! I would recommend anyone looking for outfits for any occasion to this store. On top of always having a wide variety of nice outfits the prices are reasonably good. Vanessa was very attentive and helped me find exactly what I needed for my bachelorette party.

I went here for a last minute dress for tomorrow and I went in and was welcomed by the most amazing woman ! Her name is Sherri and she helped me pick out dresses to try on! After trying them on I was debating between two and she was so kind and said I could try them on and show her if I wanted to ! I showed her and she helped me so much ! Honestly the best shopping experience I've ever had because of this woman! Thank you so much Sherri! You're amazing and I'm definitely coming back to shop!

some white girl wearing an orange skirt looking like a pumpkin was so rude. she made me feel so uncomfortable when i went shopping with my baby. Some teenager got to close to the sensors by the door and the worker with the orange skirt came to lecture me not to get to close to the sensor when it wasn't even me. Throughout my whole shopping experience she was following me. I felt so uncomfortable, it was giving racial profiling. The other girl in black, dressed like a skeleton was nice ! she helped me get a dress down and got me a fitting room.

Took my niece dress shopping for her birthday party and she was able to find so many cocktail dress options. She tried on about 13 dresses and was struggling to decide between 3 options. She finally decided on 1 and it was really well made and of excellent quality. Staff was also so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I wouldn't even recommend this place to my enemy when I went shopping here for a dress for my daughter's graduation I was browsing trying to help my daughter look for a dress I spotted the store manager snooping around talking into a earpiece and looking right at me she just constantly kept following me around she didn't even greet me or welcome me or asked to see if I needed any help after looking through all the tattered thin Apparel poor quality of Selection limited choices and overall terrible customer service but most of all I don't like being followed causing me to have an unpleasant shopping experience I don't know what gave The skittish store manager the assumption to do so all I did was look around like I said I was out shopping with my daughter for a dress I suspected the manager had pre-existing notations against people of color (which is wrong by the way) but that's OK after my daughter try on those horrible dresses we left I went to JCPenney's and bought a beautiful blue rose princess dress for half of the cost for my daughter. Take that Witche lady of Windsor store.

As always systems are down , only on Cather open when there is a long line also only taking cash so you have to leave the store to go find ATM, very rude and not helpful
