The management and who they hire for security guards are very unprofessional. I witnessed a very disturbing situation the other day. These security guards literally jumped on some guy that was half their size and was very violent towards him. What I seen was, these so called security guards were wrong and not so much the dude they sucker punched for no reason. The guy left the items in the cart by the entrance, but these guards didn't care. The guards passed the cart like that wasn't their target but both rushed to this dude, and hurt him bad. The guy wasn't even resisting. I seen the guy drip blood from his wrist and honestly, I don't recommend anyone to this WinCo, it can be an unsafe environment for you and your family. Even just witnessing something like that happening.

I was kicked off the self service line and out of the store WITHOUT my groceries because they counted my items which were no more than 10. To me 1 item is the same product not 3 bottles of powerade as 3 items.Im glad I wont spend my hard earned money there. Is this the immigration line? Why was I picked out of line? My race and features ofcourse!

Unfortunately the customer service here sucks !! We accidentally left an item here and understood that if we took it to the parking lot that was on us but we truly believed we left it at the register. They explained they have a system in place when this happens and they didn’t leave any checked items matching the item we left. I said I understood and if there was a way to check the cameras so we can verify, they said it would take two business days and I mentioned that I understood their policies and was okay with the two day waiting period however, this was an item we needed now so I asked if we could re-purchase the item and once they verified it was left there if I could get a return. They said yes, so I additionally asked if this return could be done without me driving there as I’m wasting my gas and time and I live very far. They said no I had to be in person and couldn’t go to any other WinCo. I understand this however it is very frustrating on my end the customer that I have a problem and they are not able to fix it same day. I’ve worked in customer service before and you try and accommodate who you can when you can. When they directed us to speak to another person (a supervisor) they kept taking additional phone calls in the middle of my sentences and then apologized explaining she was very busy. Again I understand she was busy but it definitely added to my frustration as a customer. I was not going to leave a bad review but what really did it for me was while I was dealing with the employees my dad went to go buy another case of the item because again he needed it for tomorrow and they were aware of this. Once we finished talking to the employees and nothing got resolved we were leaving and the same CSR that was assisting us hounds us down and asks if we even paid for the item. I was floored, accusing us of stealing an item after we were so understanding of policies and were just trying to fix our problem is absolutely NOT OKAY. what kind of customer service is this!!!? I will be calling corporate because I do feel that this was unacceptable.

Please be aware if you slip and fall at this store. I slip stepping on a rock that was inside the store when I had just packed my groceries and I told the self check out employee to call the manager. After the manager took forever to come I decided to start walking out as I was embarrassed and then as I was walking out, I was called to come back in by the manager Melinda. I told her what happened and she informed me she threw the rock away and we were both looking for it at the trash can but we couldn't find it. I file a report but she said she couldn't give me a copy that its store policy not to give copies. Please make sure you take pictures of objects if you fall. I have pictures of my bruised knee and I also had to go to the ER. I will be getting counseling because who knows what Melinda (the manager) wrote on the report as I wasn't even able to see what she was writing.

Really disappointed!! My family and I went to winCo to get groceries. My brother and I wanted to go to the candy aisle so we did. once we got there, we started getting different types of candy and then a rude worker comes up to us and says we cannot get different types of candy because they were at different prices each pound she started closing the candy buckets and we had to leave the candy. A few minutes later, another family came and got all sorts of candy mixed together, but she didn’t say nothing to them because they were her own race. Once me and my family went to check out we got told that they didn’t accept credit cards nor Apple Pay so we had to leave everything there and it wasted our time. Never coming back.
