The tellers are nice and all but the branch overall sucks man. They know Moreno Valley's population is growing and still they only have two tellers on a super busy Saturday the lines literally wrapped outside of the bank. Cmonnnn

Always only two tellers. Always a 20 min wait even if you're second in line. I hate coming to this bank. Also there's always two to three people behind the window that never help even with a line out the door I don't know if they are managers or what but they don't do anything.

wells fargo because on saturdays they don't put more service at the windows because they are waiting for a long time because they have to be talking to people knowing that there are people waiting their turn please don't do that do your job and now please don't wait for people anymore

Really bad service!! The bank was empty no customer at all… I only need to order a new card… I wait for 20 minutes and no body can help one guy was on phone, other was crossing legs talking with the other worker girl on desk, and girls at windows looking each other's….

Never enough tellers. Been here for 20 minutes so far and the line has not moved and goes past the door. This branch makes the dmv look efficient. 2 tellers working with nearly 30 people in line

Really bad customer service. No cashiers big lines. I waited 40 minutes in line and just saw workers walking around not attending customers. I do not recommend doing business in this location.

Atrocious communication. If you need to call in to speak to someone at the branch good luck. Called a bunch of times and got nothing but a machine recording telling me no one is available.

I'm tired of solicitors standing right at the ATM! Whether it's the drive thru or walk up ATM, it seems like there's always some random person there watching you pull out or deposit your money and asking you to buy something from them. It makes me feel uncomfortable.

Should take disable line away if you’re just going to ignore it and have a person waiting even longer than being in line . Some workers do their best to assist other just act like no one is in ADA line just horrible

Horrible costumer service. Never enough tellers, even when the line is out the door. If you have an hour or 2 to wait, then this is the place for you. I'm standing in a long line, that is why I have time to make a post on YELP
