I've been waiting for my Walmart grocery delivery for over 18 hours. I've tried to contact the store directly but my call rings for a minute straight and then disconnects me. I've tried to call Walmart customer service and even they can't get thru to a live person at this store. I am 5 months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy on strict bedrest, I have 2 small children at home and counted on Walmart delivery to be reliable. Because of their lack of professionalism, my family has been beyond inconvenienced. We had no groceries to make dinner or breakfast this morning and had to send my kids off to school without their packed lunches which is a necessity due to dietary issues.

I come here often before work to grab lunch and the ladies in the morning on the grocery side are kind and wonderful. However, my recent experience with customer service left me upset. I recently was able to order a PS5 online from Walmart.com and added a second controller to my order. The controller had to be picked up from this location so I went and picked it up from the drive up area. When I got home, I noticed the box was worn and looked as if it had been open. There was a slit in the top for a plastic hanging component that was missing as well. I opened the box and the controller was in the box, without a bag, and the right joystick was broken. I immediately put in for a return. This one was clearly used and broken and somehow I got it. Mistakes happen, no big deal. When I went to return the item, the woman laughed at the condition of the box and I explained to her what I explained in the previous paragraph. She cut me off and said "We don't do that here!" I said, "I don't know how it happened but this one had been opened and damaged. I know because I ordered another one on Amazon and the packaging included the hanging tag and bag on the controller." She again said they don't put returned items on the floor. I felt as though she was implying that I had broken it or that it was my fault. Mind you, I don't even have my PlayStation yet, and initiated a return within 30 minutes of picking up the controller. She did ultimately give me a refund but I left frustrated that she made me feel as though I had done something wrong, even though I'm the one who was given a damaged product that I spent $70 on.

I used to go shopping at Walmart all the time, but now that they expect me to be my own cashier my trips are rare. I don't want to touch the self check out kiosks during a pandemic. This is not a safe practice for their customers. I also don't want to be my own cashier. I have a job and I don't want to take someone else's job away by working for free for Walmart. This was a bad idea. Walmart is going downhill fast.

Horrible customer service. It's no wonder Amazon is king now. Ask 2 different employees for assistance and they both said they would call someone from that department. Never got help! I'm done shopping here or at any wal mart ever again.

The employees are rude and completely ignore customers. I had to purchase a $1 cheap LED flashlight and it was locked in a case. WHY?! IDK!! This store locks up some of the dumbest things. Those locked cases are the worst. It would take you less time to drive down the street to Target to get the product, than wait for an employee to open a locked case. I rang the bell twice because the employees turned off the radio notification and waited over 15 minutes for someone to finally come open the case. I could hear the employees radio going off asking for service at the sporting goods flashlight section as I waited and watched. The guys just stood there. They even made eye contact with me and passed me 3 times. Only after I got upset with them for blatantly ignoring me did they actually open the case. I have visited many other Walmart stores in other cities and states and they don't have locked cases, the employees are nice, and they are kept in much better condition. This store is trashed.

The worst time consuming return service. Stood in like for 20 min and only 3 people in front of me. Only 1 person behind the counter but why such lengthy process to return merchandise?

I'm only giving one star because I have to. I have called every number at this store including getting transferred to customer services and NO ONE answers. I'm trying to cancel an order at the deli and can't get anyone to answer the phone.

There's ALWAYS a nasty, sewer smell around the refrigerator section. Everything is locked up. Good luck trying to get someone to unlock the liquor cabinet too. I continue to come here out of "convenience " but I really wish it was ran better.

I went to this Walmart looking to buy an ELF primer putty and to my surprise they have everything makeup related locked up with magnetic locks. They even have razors and shaving cream behind glass locked away, and at that still locked up with the magnetic locks. I dismissed this and asked a worker to unlock the primer. She did and then put it into a clear and locked box, I asked if I could pay there she had an attitude and said umm no you can only pay at the front register. Like how rude, so I left it there and left to take my business elsewhere.

Managers will let customers get racially profiled and not bat an eye, they will let their black customers get harassed by other customers and not do a thing about it, the least the manager could do is call the police to report the discrimination that plays out right in front of their eyes, what do black customers get? “Sorry about that”
