The manager Yvonne acts like a security guard instead of being a manager. She makes customers feel uncomfortable. Following you around the hole store like if your going to steal something. She's not friendly mad dogs you. She looks like an old school chola looking for a fight. She should not have that position not professional at all. Upper management needs to remove her from her position and location.

To shop, great place to go but if you need prescriptions, go to Rite Aide on Ironwood. This is the second time I needed a prescription for my daughter and they did not have it. They had to order it...twice.

We went to Walgreens and was greeted by Brian . He was super friendly and very helpful! He directed me in the right aisle for the products that I was looking to purchase. I highly recommend this Walgreens! The store was very clean and organized!

Nothing against the Pharmacy - this review is directed to Walgreens.. we created appointments for our 4th Covid 19 shot, online at their website. We show up for the appointment, and the ONLY thing their system kept was out names. I had to give ALL of our info again, through plexiglass to an associate who's 4 feet away, wearing a mask. First off, I felt really uncomfortable yelling my personal information, so that half of the store could hear. They try hearing them speak, with an unnecessarily loud speaker right above you. (it ain't over yet) THEN, fill out a form with all of the information I just yelled out to the pharmacist - this made absolutely NO sense. After which, during payment, their system is asking for my phone number, and how I am related to each of the family members. *just huh* why.? After which we then get to wait for 20mins, to be told they DO NOT have the 4th vaccine for 1 of us. Now the fun begins - I get to spend another 10mins at the counter, getting a refund.The last time I checked, before they even take your money, shouldn't they, I dunno !!CHECK THE FREAKING COVID CARDS!! - now I get to wait 3 to 5 days for my $400, while they charge me another $200.. never again folks, never again.

Takes forever to get your pick up Bad actitud. They said something and never happens. They enjoyed playing with people. I can tell. Never answer the phone. All ready bad in this store. Never come back again. Switch my pharmacy.

Every place starts with 3 stars. Normally I'd go through a fairly rigorous review of price vs quality, customer service, availability of products, and any other criteria that might be appropriate to properly issue a biased, it's my review so my bias is obviously in play, but fair and above all honest review. I can't do that in this case because I can't get past, "Fuck those assholes!" Perhaps I should offer some context ... I went in to fill a prescription. Without divulging the nature of the prescription I can say that it was NOT an opioid or any derivative of an opioid. That didn't matter to the pharmacist who stated, "That she didn't feel comfortable with dispensing a new prescription at the dosage prescribed." She didn't state it to me; so told a subordinate to refuse to fill the prescription. Pharmacists do have some latitude to refuse to fill prescriptions if, and only if, they have a reasonable suspicion that the prescribing physician is overprescribing or if they have a reasonable and articulable belief that the patient may be harmed by the prescribed medication. She had none of those things. What she had was the unmitigated gall to call my physician and instruct him on the dosages she would approve. She didn't go to medical school, my physician did. And yet, she still told him, she didn't ask if there was a reason why he prescribed the medicine he did, she told him what to prescribe. That act constitutes the unlicensed practice of medicine and is absolutely illegal in California. So, for me and for everybody who has ever been harmed by the pharmacists at this particular Walgreen's I will be putting to use the lessons I learned in law school to punish that pharmacist. I won't win the suit but I will cost her $50k to defend herself from it. It will cost me very little and every cent will be money well spent because I'll draft my own complaints and do all my own filing. But like I said, I won't win. I'm not doing this to win; I'm doing it to punish. I'm reminded of the Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young song, Almost Cut My Hair. The relevant line that explains the singer's refusal to conform is, "I feel like I owe it to someone," I owe it to all of you, wish me luck. P.S. The pharmacist who is the subject of this review is Phoung. Normally I wouldn't include the name of the offender but since Phoung has received, said with maximum sarcasm, such a positive previous review, I felt that pointing out a pattern of her abuses of authority is warranted.

pharmacy department is terrible. They prolong the wait time. Been told medication was suppose to be ready at 1:30, showed up after work around 6 waited over half an hour for the medication to be ready. This has happened a few times now not the first time this has happened to me. Will definitely be switching pharmacies now. If you don't want your time wasited don't come here.

Had an amazing experience Joe helped me out in the kios in order to get a Digital Print, less than an hour photo was already ready Great work and Stephanie was superb in her service and lily on her grind helping in the cash register. I'm thankful for u diligent hard work
