I do frequently go to this Walgreens however it is very understaffed in the pharmacy department and or slow employees.

Not only are prescriptions consistently delayed by hours but there’s always a 30min+ wait for either drive-thru or walk-up pharmacy pickup. More than once have I asked a pharmacy tech for questions regarding payment, insurance, or even general store questions, just to be told I’d have to ask someone else. Honestly, this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced and I’m doing everything I can to not have to return.

My prescription was sent in at 4 pm I called T 5:30 pm to see if it was done they said my doctor hadn't sent anything in , I called my doctor they confirmed it was sent in at 4 then I called beck and said that they had one prescription, I told them it was 2 prescriptions, I called doctor back they said it was 2 , I called back to pharmacy they said yes it was 2 but second would be done until 7:20 pm I called at 9 and nothing they said they were behind because of short of staff that it would be done at midnight call at midnight they said come get them at 2am with a attitude how come I never had this problem with rite aid pharmacy, I miss them

Went there twice after an emergency room visit. They had to be walked through the transaction each time. First time they couldn’t find the prescription. Second time they handed me my medication without making sure it was all there (and it wasn’t). As unprofessional as pharmacies get, Kaiser needs to use someone else.

Never had such bad experience in any pharmacy. Had covid booster appt for my 3 yr old kid. First pharmacist did not agree that he need booster. As per her, 3 primary shot included booster. Took 10 min to explain and show many internet results to convince her. After this she checked and said they dont have this vaccine. If they dont have then why did walgreen's website let me schedule appointment. Scheduled same day itself not months ago.

Drive through pharmacy took over 1 hour . this is horrible , waited n waited n their response was "will be right with you " after an hour .. Never again I'm still waiting
