“I took my dog here last Thursday, and I can’t say enough good things about it! Dr. O is such an amazing vet—super professional and really took the time to listen to my worries. He explained everything clearly and made sure my pup was comfortable during the exam. The place was clean and had a great vibe. I felt really good about leaving my furry friend in their hands. This is definitely my go-to spot for pet care now!”

“all of the times I’ve been here have gone well overall, but today’s experience with one of the front desk techs has impelled me to not include five stars. There is no need to make people feel stupid when they’re asking honest questions about their pet, I understand when it’s called for but in this case it wasn’t necessary in the slightest.. and to followed by complete awkward silence leaving me to wonder if my dog and I are all set to go. I appreciate all of the work and dedication everyone here gives to the animals of Moreno Valley.. but to the person at the front desk, when you’re being mean to the owner, you’re being mean to the animal too, and this is who you were being mean to … thank you have a great day”

“My poor little Diogi had too much Christmas fun and ended up with a horrible tummy virus that had us all worried sick! Today, day3 after 1 bogus emergency visit to a pet hospital I will be reviewing poorly later and a squeezed-in appt to Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic, x-rays, blood work and hospitalization with IV meds, I am SO happy to report my little guy is back to his lovable, energetic self again!! Our regular Vet was closed for the holidays and didn't have any availability! Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic truly cared for my little guy walking me through each step and educating me on things to watch for. Their main concern was him and not gouging my pockets! They were so gentle and loving with Diogi that he was excited to see them this morning for his follow up appt. If you are looking for a good, loving vet to care for your furbaby as you would, I highly recommend this facility.”

“I have been visiting this place for many years now. We are happy with the service provided to our precious pets. I personally like the changes regarding the process of getting the required shots. It is good that an appointment is needed and we do not have to wait in line anymore. I only wish that we knew about it prior to our visit. The information about the service hours are incorrect. They are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00pm. On Saturdays from 9:00 to 3:00 pm. Sundays are closed. In addition I would like to advise the person at the reception that a good morning greeting, as well as a warm smile brightens everyone’s day and certainly predispose the visitor towards a positive experience. Please add to the shot reminder card that you so kindly sending to us that an appointment is absolutely necessary. I hope that the improvement in the communication between the clinic and its customers will eliminate distress and frustration among all the returning as well as new clients.”
