Guy with the guy long curly hair didn’t want to give me a SIM card when mine stopped working. Wanted to charge me $30! Had to drive across town to the other verizon which fixed it for free.

Didn't wait as others stated. But, were taken advantage of and paid way too much for accessories that we thought came with the phones...one phone didn't work when we got home and then when we got hold of Verizon, we found out this isn't even a true VERIZON store. Hmmmm...VERY small print under the BIG VERIZON sign. Be careful...the guys are nice but not actually truthful.

We are so excited 14 pro max here we come! Ask for my Crystal she's increíble! Way to show amazing customer service. A great attitude and had all the information for our upgrade. I haven't had good customer service that sincere in a while. She knew all the details and took her time.
