Pam and Anna are amazing! Not only do both of them give great customer service, but they go above and beyond with every customer, I have watched both of them exceed the expectations of customers and I am one of those customers. Thank you for being the best part of our USPS system.

Lobby hours on the website is 6:30am but really are whenever they feel like opening.

For the last couple months I have been back and forth to the post office and back because Peggy has been delivering my packages to the wrong adress.I’ve lost over 4 packages since she started working my route….sincerely Julio Sanchez Valleywood ct 92253

I recently got a package delivered from another country to the USPS office and thought that it was lost because it never got delivered. Rosa was able to help me track it down and got it delivered to my mailbox. She was very friendly and professional while helping me out. Took two days but she someone found it and gave me a call to let me know that it was in my mailbox! ?

Usually employees are courteous, friendly and respectful. It’s the outside of the Post Office that needs work! Not maintained at all, looks like the rest of the shopping centers in this town, dirty, rundown and in need of a cleanup and overhaul!

I know many are frustrated with the US Postal Service in general. I have had longer waits than I thought necessary at this location, but mostly get through with a small or moderate wait time. The people there tend to be warm and welcoming, and apologize for the wait. It is not their fault. As with all operations, it starts with management. I am grateful for this Post Office location, despite the flaws it may have.

It's a sad state of affairs when you go to pick up two packages and only retrieve one because the other one was recorded as being picked up one day prior by someone Not You. So, either this facility is stealing packages or they issued my box to someone else without verification of proper Tracking Number. I filled out a complaint form as was told that the manager will contact me, never happened. I will now follow-up with USPS main Office.

I get my packages delivered to me 20% of the time I have the most incompent mail carrier ever and I always get other people's packages. I have never had issues with any usps mail carrier until I moved here! They give you the WRONG parcel key to someone's else items. I want my items! I'm tired of filing police reports because they are purposely misdelivery to other people's mail box. Liz Toress the post monster does not care at all! They do not even repand or talk to the individuals . I'm tired of this! It's a federal crime to tamer with mail!!! I have four ring video of the mailman coming to give me my packages he delivered wrong

Our maile man is the layziest person in tje world. He has a problem getting out of his vehicle to deliver our mail. He wants no cars anywhere near the mail box. He has left numerous notices harassing us and threatening to hold the mail. I don't understand why it's so hard to just get off and make rhe delivery

The staff has always been friendly, apologetic for wait time and accommodating. Perhaps people get frustrated and in a hurry and I’ve seen them be rude to each other in line. By the time they get to the counter they are already, “loaded for bear,” as the saying goes. Be kind, no one minds and our post office has heroes at the counter!!!

I was charged for a package to deliver in 2 days and it did not until 4 days. When I called to complain I was told that there is no guarantee with priority mail and it should have been sent priority mail express which does come with a guarantee. Now mind you when I aaked the clerk at the window ahe said that priority mail.wouls get it there in 2 days. Supervisor was rude and condescending and they offered no compensation for the late package and pretty much told me to go pound sand. Needless to say I will not be utilizing their services again.
