Not helpful at all. I requested notary and I have already spoken to th Notary lady. So I called back after a missed call and one of the Associates told me that I do not qualify for Notary there. I told her I do Notary lady said its okay. She said no and hung up on my face.

Only has one atm and it is in the drive through. This atm is set at the height for someone driving an suv not for someone using a car so it's not possible for me to reach. No atms outside so I parked and walked inside to see if there are any inside. Didn't see any so walked right out. I've never seen a bank rant didn't have an atm you couldn't walk up to.

Had my card blocked for a $30.00 transaction. Called the 800 number and trough the automated system got it cleared up and was told that I could retry the transaction and I'd be good. Tried the transaction and rejected and card blocked again! Called the automated system and they transfer me to a live person. On hold 18 mins. finally talk to a person for like 2 mins. and get cut off! Called the branch and talked to Julio who said I have to go to the automated system that wasn't working for me! I understand fraud protection but how about "CUSTOMER SERVICE"?

US Bank has the worst customer service ever. Not just this location but also the Sun City location. This bank refuses to take a hold off of a check that I wrote to someone. My bank Wells Fargo has even vetified that the funds are available and the check has cleared my bank. But for some bizarre reason they refuse to make the funds available for the person I wrote the check to. Jen at the Sun City US Bank branch actually said that she didn't like the recipients tone on the phone so she would not release the funds. And that this was her right. Mind you the person I wrote the check for has been going round and round since Friday with this bank. So yes she was extremely frustrated. Especially when Jen is questioning the memo I wrote on the check. Like what does that have to do with the validity of the check? How can a bank allow their employees to make decisions about the availability of funds because they didn't like the persons tone. Not because it wasn't a valid check. This person should not be working for a bank where she can control another's persons money. If this was my employee she would be fired. This is a serious issue and could cost the person simply trying to pay their bills money because someone decides to withhold access to their funds. Absolutely ridiculous. Shame on you US Bank.

Recently switched over from Chase and I'm already not having a good feeling about this bank, and a bit regretful. I am new to US bank and Kevin totally "missed" to inform me on some "fine print". Thinking of closing my new account.

Not happy with this bank at all! Called ahead and asked if they had a notary that was there the other day and they told me yes. I drove all the way there and the lady Maria I think her name was told me oh i don't have my stuff today. I said really because I called ahead? She said are you sure you called here because they would of told you I don't have my stuff. I literally showed her my call log and she was like oh sorry. 😳 I missed my deadline because it was 4:30 and by the time I got to another US Bank they were closed. Then today I call and ask if they have a notary there with their notary stuff and I get yes we do but we are appointment only! Since when? I get it I'm being singled out! My business and my personal account is with US Bank I'm so dissapointed in this branch!!

Their computer keeps charging me fees on pending transactions, sometimes they reverse them and sometimes they don't. It all depends on which tailor answers the phone. Their policies are inconsistent and always favor the bank.

The worst experience ever racism at it best, denied an account because they assumed we were going to do fraud and being Black and gay. We had all the credentials to open an account .The women said to my husband is he forcing you to open an account. Lied to us a made us wait with no intention on opening and account! Sized us up and if we had been any other color and not gay we would have be able to open and account the Banker was Mariana Torres and she is racist! The banking supervisor said she has a black son and did nothing to help or stop the prejudice treatment! she gave me a fake number to cal 909-941-5416,which only operates from 8 am to 4 pm. When i asked why owe your husband gave conflicting stories to how he was going to use his account! Made me go to get a utility bill and the mortgage statement and all in our business we where trying to establish credit and denied as she felt uncomfortable we have been in Moreno Valley and the police has been called three times for non sense and i wasn't aware Moreno Valley was prejudice! Something needs to be done and reported and called Erika Rizk agcaou did nothing to help! Fake bank dont use this Bank they are the fraud they do not care about their customers so sad! I dont like using the race card but im embarrassed and i feel she was jealous, ,we were black and owned a business and a home for over 500,000. Sucks to be black and gay at US bank .....
