Easiest and fast service to return things, mail things or get help. A++. Sorry, I buy too much stuff on Amazon and it’s not always because I need it! And just mailing is easier. It’s literally down the street from my house. Usually no lines. Maybe 1 person ahead of me.

As I was doing business with the 2 ladies working tonight 7/16/24 store #4851 at approx 6:20pm I got a message from Kaiser Permanente and found it was the result of my cancer test. The 2 ladies were so supportive and loving. They stepped out of their role as UPS Store associates and stepped into the role of friends. I could have waited till I got home to check the results with family but they literally were family at the moment. All cancer neg.

Rude. Thats the first word that comes to mind. Overall horrible customer service and poor experience just trying to do a return. I came in on 11/14/23 at 11:30 and the young lady was the worst.

We had items to return to a store: I did boxing, taping and label at home. There was a bit of a line when I arrived, but it went quickly. Staff took box in hand and printed tracking information for me. Done.Staff was fast and friendly.Plenty of parking nearby.
