Long story short, they lost my package. Now Iām down $130 dollars.
I had gone to drop off a Nike package. When I had gone the line was long. I didnāt mind it but I would like to mention this now. The employees were also dry, not showing any type of welcoming environment.
Days go by without hearing back from Nike about my return. I found it odd because they typically get it quickly, I call Nike and they told me that they havenāt received a thing and that I should get in contact with the store that I dropped them off at. I then call this store and they had told me to call UPS customer service and I said āOkay no problem. Thanks.ā Long story short, I go back and forth between UPS customer service and Nike for about 6 times. At the end, UPS customer service told me that āthe distribution centers never received a packageā, that āthe package never left the storeā.
I truly do not now what happened to my package, but to me, the employees did not do a great job at making sure that my package got to the right place. Which sucks because like I said before, I am now down $130. This has been my store for quite some time and now that I had this issue I may have to look for another store. I did not have a pleasant experience with the physical store and UPS customer service.

This is usually my go to location BUT I may reconsider. I had a package to send via UPS and tried to drop it off on two different occasions (i reprinted the label out each time).However they were unable to scan the barcode. Long story short, they sent me on my way... today, I took the SAME package with the SAME label to a different location and although they still had trouble scanning the label, she offered to punch in the tracking numbers. I leave this review to say it's the little things.... Sometimes you need to go above and beyond to get the job done... because it obviously wasn't that hard to do.
Ps... management/ owners, please look into being able to scan USPS labels...

I returned a box from Amazon and the stupid lady placed the return label inside the box, after 2 weeks waiting for my Refund and calling Amazon everyday UPS redelivered the package back to me because of course the lady forgot to place the return label on the box

Easiest and fast service to return things, mail things or get help. A++. Sorry, I buy too much stuff on Amazon and itās not always because I need it! And just mailing is easier. Itās literally down the street from my house. Usually no lines. Maybe 1 person ahead of me.

As I was doing business with the 2 ladies working tonight 7/16/24 store #4851 at approx 6:20pm I got a message from Kaiser Permanente and found it was the result of my cancer test. The 2 ladies were so supportive and loving. They stepped out of their role as UPS Store associates and stepped into the role of friends. I could have waited till I got home to check the results with family but they literally were family at the moment. All cancer neg.
