I don't see what people are complaining about or I was there on a good day. Parked in the overnight parking...nice and clean. Check in with guard at 11..easy. waited till 12 inside at door 444 I was about 10th in line took 15 minutes.. easy. Backed in door and empty within a hour and another hour for paperwork.. compared to some places this was heaven.

There's overnight parking for like 20 trucks. Took almost 2 hours just to check in. You check first with security inline to go in then park go inside check at door 444. Wait for phone call then go pickup paperwork. Avoid this place if possible. The check in and out could be alot better for drivers. My appointment was 3:30@m got my paperwork 11am. If delayed ask for detention time sheet when picking up bol. They'll fill it out for you make sure the in and out times are correct.

Seemed like it was very well organized.Staging area to check in, after guard shack check in door 444. Unloading was quick about 30-45 minutes. Lumper Company is Capstone Logistics. Very spacious, plenty of room to maneuver. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Not a bad place but be prepared NOT to sleep the whole night!!! They have a decent staging area and plenty room to maneuver. The whole facility is new and clean. The bad part is that they open only around midnight. It takes a while to check in at the gate then at the receiving office. Then they might give you a door right away or they will call later. Once in the door, when they finish unloading, you’ll get a call to move from the door, then you’ll get a call regarding the lumper fee, then a call to pick up your paperwork, etc. It’s a back and forth process that is going to take all night, pretty much!!! Be safe!!!

Long loading time for produce load over in the 700 door area. Was there over 8 hours! Parking area before the guard house is good for 20 trucks or so if you show up early. On site scale was a plus.

If your picking up for albert’s organic call and make sure all your product is here had a 1500 appointment didn’t leave till the next morning because of short product… With the High price of fuel could’ve kept everything in the warehouse till they had the full truckload.

This place is a regret. First they don’t open the the shipping and receiving office until 11:50 pm at night when drivers waiting on the queue outside the office for a while with a LONG LINE. After that one employee not fast at all to deal with 10-15 drivers checking in at the same time, might make you be late for your appointment. Also no matter what time is your appointment but they will not give you a door right away just because they don’t have enough unloader to work with so wait in your truck until they call your cell phone and once they assign you a door, depending on what you hauling , they will unload you accordingly and after the light turns green/ you are unloaded, leave the dock and park at staging area and wait for the link on your cell phone from Capstone lumper people with high lumper fee and pay that and wait again for a call from the office to get your paperwork. So like I checked in at 12:00 am midnight once they open the door , I was done at 5 am for 15000 pounds less than half truck load. They have restroom on site and they have overnight parking as well.Over all worst place to delivery the load to.

Arrived early and parked in the staging area. Guard let me back to the docks 1 hour before appointment. Spacious docking area and they loaded pretty quickly.

The worse place seen on my life. They are asking money even for scheduling. Never communicate properly and kind of rubbery going on. Stay away from this place as much as you can.

The most unaccommodating and unethical warehouse we ever worked with. It's facilities like these are the figuratively throwing fuel on the supply chain dumpster fire we find ourselves in today.
