This place smells and dirty and has been customer service I’ve came to the store during the week and have found that they are closed. The door is locked with no sign

There was this weird lady working tonight. She was so slow in the mind and body.I left and came back and she was still moving slow. Its sad. She was on the phone with some dude flirting. Like lady! Do your job! Lazy afAnd she didn’t know what cones were!I had to explain what they were so she understood. It was pathetic.

Clean store nice and helpful staff however. Doing research their prices are 5 to 10 dollars higher. A $10 stick cost me 17 bucks. Not cool

I've been coming here to buy smokes for about 4 years and it was cool because they honored Marlboro coupons and with Smokes at nearly $10 a pack it's nice to get ANY price breaks. Well it seems the owner is so worried about his payments from Marlboro that he doesn't accept Mobile Coupons anymore.🤦♂️ It's crazy because I would always purchase like 8 packs of Blunt wraps also so my bill was always like $29 per visit. So now I go elsewhere even if it means going a little further out there's principalities involved here and that's why. These are the little shops where you're supposed to feel like you're important to them because they're part of your community but it doesn't seem that way to me.

Let me start off by saying this is a store like any other store if you need to buy something buy it and go if it's overpriced don't buy it and you can leave without buying anything pretty simple right? Anyway I've never been treated badly here and I'm not saying that other people haven't but at the same time I've had great service because I'm very respectful and I appreciate having a good smoke shop nearby. Having done said all that I personally have had the experience where they didn't have something that I wanted so I asked the counter person if they can order it and sure enough they did so as a customer it made me feel important to them. I'm not going to say that one of the employees didn't catch an attitude with me though but it really doesn't matter to me because I told her what I needed to tell her I don't really care how she felt about it I didn't say anything wrong to her but she definitely got upset with me. The customer service could definitely improve but overall I think it's a decent smoke shop and they don't deserve such bad ratings. This is a local neighborhood smoke shop so if you give them bad marks and bad ratings and nobody goes there where are you crack heads going to go to get your cigarettes and your pipes? Things that make you go hmm
