This Past Sunday. I had a horrible Experience with the person/owner/manager there. He is older Asian decent male, that has a horrible attitude and no professionalism wat so ever. My visit was in regards if he could revive my nato straps of my watch. Instead of helping me or just saying no he said “you came inside to just ask me this.” Be in mind, I had my kids and my spouse with me inside the store. One’s telling me this I left with my kids and spouse, while walking away he kept looking at me. And “he” started swearing of bad words to me in front of my kids and I responded back as well. The lack of professionalism and his aggressive, and horrible customer services, he shouldn’t be working in this industry if this how he is going to treat potential and future costumers. This place is not recommended negative stars.

I only wear In Invicta watches. This shop is the only one (I’ve done the search) who is qualified to replace my batteries when I need them. I have two with him now and the price is always reasonable for his work!! Highly recommend my man!!!

Please read this before going in!!! TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR STUFF BEFORE HANDING OVER! Extremely rude customer service. Had a very strong mouth in response to me confronting him about damaging my chain. He expected me to back down, told me “oh my god” while walking away from me, and rolling his eyes as if the man isn’t over 50. Mind you… he’s been trying to tell me I’m wrong and it’s because of this or that for at least 10 minutes, then says I don’t know why you’re arguing with me when his wife and kids walk in like a victim. Like act your age and own up to your mistakes! Don’t back down, he’ll eventually start shaking out of him being scared, so demand for a major discount then. Based off of other reviews, I should’ve looked prior. RIDICULOUS.

I had my diamond ring repaired to replace missing diamonds in my ring with multiple diamonds. When I got home to test new diamonds all of my diamonds were replaced with cubic zirconia (CZ). Since I left the establishment, they were not responsible for the theft. If you are going to have diamond work done, bring a diamond tester upon pickup. Customers beware. Total scam.

THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU If I could give them 0 stars I truly would Steven is extremely disrespectful and untrustworthy, brought my jewelry to them to get fixed told me it would only take 30 min and to pay when finished when I came back they told me they couldn't find my jewelry!!? Told me they would call me once they found it. ONE WEEK LATER I get a call from them saying they "found it" when I came in they charged me full price for "the repair "and when I tried it on it was missing 6 inches, it was a whole different chain!!! When I brought it to their attention they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I have made multiple reports and nothing has been done. If you value your jewelry please take business elsewhere

When in to repare a a chain and they "lost" my necklace then tried to replace it as if I wasn't going to notice with a 6 inch shorter chain and was very rude during the whole process of their mess up and still tried to charge me after almost a week of this.

If I can give a zero rating I would, I paid 70 bucks to have this piece of s*** business fix my gold chain, it broke again which I took back and the employee said I had to pay another 70 bucks to fix it again, please take your business some where else.

Steve took an old 30+ years old wedding ring that was badly maintained by a previous jeweler and turned it into a beautiful, first quality ring that I will wear proudly. I will be forever grateful for his professionalism in completing all repairs in a timely fashion and ensuring all of his work was first rate. And his wife is the epitome of customer service extraordinaire. She makes everyone feel comfortable and like family!!

I would highly recommend this shop. I have brought a number of watches in for repair and have always been very satisfied with the results. He proprietors are very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and very accommodating. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. Headed there today, in fact.

We purchased my wedding ring in the Bahamas over 40 years ago and needless to say, my finger is not the same size as it was back then. And although I have taken my ring to another jeweler for servicing, I just felt I was not getting the proper maintenance for my ring. I brought it to Steve at Tick Tock Jewelers and he confirmed what I believed. Some of the baguettes inserted in my ring were of poor quality and in general, my ring was in bad shape. Well after one week of giving it to Steve, I received it back not only resized, but absolutely beautiful! It looks like a brand new ring and I am now very happy to wear it proudly. I am a happy customer and will return again and again due to their wonderful customer service. Thank you for your recommendation, Sandra Byrd!!

Very unprofessional I went in here to repair my diamond cut rope chain. he lead me on to believe that he was going to repair my chain in actual fact he damaged it went in there to debate the matter the guy wasn’t having it and asking me if I thought that he damaged my chain and I told him yes you did after admitting that he did instead of repairing it making it right he gets confrontational, I can’t believe this guy is even in business so just be careful thank you for your time
