This is one of the few coffee bean around the area, but, if you need to use their restroom, you are not given a code until you successful purchase and they stamped it.... does it make sense??? NO. AND WE WILL.NOT BE COMING BACK. is this a corporate thing? Or just in MV thing?? No wonder there's not a lot of customers here.... a good customer service training is essential.

I've never experienced such mismanagement in my life. Day 1, POS system is down. 20+ min to reboot or we could order through the app. Spent time downloading the app and even once my mobile order was ready they don't call it out or anything.Day 2, did a mobile order as I'm staying in the hotel across the parking lot. Why not now since I have the app.Walk over and lobby is closed for service! How do I get my order?! There's no number to call and there's no one coming to the door while multiple of us stand out there.I went back to the hotel in the same parking lot to grab my keys to come sit in the drive through line. What if I didn't have a car? I can't walk through the drive through. Shouldn't have mobile orders on if people can't easily get them.

I recently switched from Starbucks to this place because it is closer to where I live. At first, I thought it was OK and practical. I generally stop by twice or three times a day.. but this morning I stopped by for a pesto wrap with spinach and coffee. A few minutes later, I realized the coffee was really cold and not at all fresh. When I returned at night, I told the person who took my order (Miguel) what had happened, and his answer was, "Oh, we will make sure this doesn't happen again with attitude." When I got to the window and asked for the manager, the girl told me she isn't present and her name is April and was asked to call her next day... Seruously?!!The worst part was when Miguel jumps out of nowhere at the window with a terrible attitude and asked for a morning receipt after I informed him I use the app.. he responded he cannot do anything without a receipt .. I wasn't not even asking for a replacement! So disappointing!!April, it's crucial that you train those taking orders how to talk and handle customers!

Every SINGLE time I place order for mobile or for pick up, I am stuck here for more than 20 minutes.Drive thru is even worse.Do not come here unless youre willing to wait half an hour for coffee.

Ordered and didn't get a drink despite waiting and others who ordered after me getting their drinks. A standard ice tea of the day, nothing special and couldn't stay to wait longer, already spending almost 15 min for a standard drink and it wasn't that busy. Worst service ever!!!!

Every time i go to this location the vibes are terrible(inside). Which likely explains why its always slow inside. The service is awful, two employees specifically that are rude, drag their feet, and do not acknowledge you. They also seem to be there every time i've stopped by. Today 12/19/23 @ 1030am was the same experience except a red head girl with bangs who had just gotten off her break made up for it. She seems like a sweet girl but its obvious that the girl with blue hair and another with blonde tips and a head band set the tone(maybe they are shift leads or managers,idk) There was also a young man there working the drive through window and he greeted me when i walked in. I've tried multiple times to love this location because the seating arrangement is great and the music isn't too loud but the quality of service pushes me to an overcrowded Starbucks every time lol. much rather deal with the loud music.

I pretty frequently go to coffee shops and I've never left a bad review on any until now. Was just here 12/16/23 in the afternoon. I literally had to walk out because some girl who either used to work here or at another location or something was chatting with the shift supervisor at the till, and they were talking about some boy. Didn't even acknowledge my existence and preferred to gossip at the register. Like you could've done it literally anywhere else and after checking out the customer in line. But while you have people in line to order and checkout is insane. I worked for SB for a long time and I would literally never lol. It was one of the most unprofessional and rude things I've seen in a long time. General manager might want to consider a different shift supervisor. I'm honestly shocked at how comfortable they were with that.
