If I could put 0 stars I would. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Coincidentally, the rude MANAGER "helping" was not even wearing a name tag but her associate Wendy was very rude as well. My boyfriend has just added my phone to his pan and we decided to go into the store to look into upgrading. As soon as we walked in we were asked what we were coming in for and was then told that the store was closing early and they wouldn't have time to help us. We came in at 6pm and the store hours state they were to close at 7 but apparently they were closing at 6:30 for the day. They lady still checked us in and we were called by an employee to be helped. We explained that I was just added to his account and we wanted to look at upgrading options. We had literally just got off the phone with customer service and when Wendy pulled up the account she said "Well you're not on his account so I can't help you with that". I explained that we had just got off the phone with them right before we walked in and she then said "Well usually it shows up on our end right away but it's not so i dont know what you did wrong but i can't help you" and the manager with no name tag came over and was refusing to help us as well. It was very unprofessional and felt as if we were being kicked out. Yet they were being very nice and helpful to another older couple that came in AFTER us!!! It was just ridiculous to be spoken to like that and not get any help at all. Very disappointing and we will not be returning.

Danielle is very rude at this location...... he treats customers with no respect!! He doesn't need to work with any customers at all...he was very condescending, cocky and rude This man talks down to customer like he is above them!! He went back and forth with me because he didn't want to assist me with porting phone over from Verizon!! He told me yeah it's not working I can put your other SIM card back in instead of contacting customer service back, I had to ask him to call them back! He goes back and forth with me in store!! He is a horrible horrible sales rep... I no longer want to be with t mobile because of his attitude ....

I bought galaxy ultra 23 but was unsure if I liked it as I was use to my galaxy 8 +. I am not great with phones so had difficulty with my sent videos on email which were very important to me as they were all family . I has been there a couple times but left frustrated. Yesterday I went and Daniel Gamboa helped me, he was extremely nice, very helpful and only took a very short time to get my email videos . I love that he gives customers such great service and also makes sure you are completely satisfied with your phone and service .

Don't go to this place. They're really bad! They just don't care. They feel like you own them something. We have been T-Mobile customers for over 10+ years. It's a good company, unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about the employees.

Customer Service is Great here & they will have your products in stock. This location is the go to place for your T-Mobile questions & concerns as well to start your journey with T-Mobile. Theres Restaurants within the vicinity to chill with friends & family grab a bite or take a stroll & window shop is ok too ? Nice Area!

Too crowded. The workers were all too busy. I was going to change my four phone lines from Verizon to T-Mobile.I gave them a five because they were working the butts off.But nonetheless I have been with Verizon since 2013. They annoy me sometimes but I’m paying the same amount that my two goddaughters are paying for two old phones. Only I have four near new iPhones !

I walked in there right now. No one said “hello” no one said “I’m with a customer I’ll be right with you” nothing. Spare yourself your time and gas or electricity and don’t go there.

Terrible employee! Try to move account to Verizon and called T-Mobile service for account code,they send a text link rather than give it but the link doesn’t work(as always) so T-Mobile service asked me to go to a T-Mobile store for it. Then the most unbelievable happened: the employee here said “you have to go to Verizon to get that code”. I repeatedly tell her that is T-Mobile account and I had called T-Mobile service and it’s T-Mobile service asked me to their store! She still insisted so I called T-Mobile service right before her face. While I’m calling she is also calling secretly talking with someone! Is that T-Mobile policy try to trouble those T-Mobile user for moving out? Whatever now this time as I told T-Mobile service I got no help at T-Mobile store so they now transferred my call to another department to give me the code! So don’t expect their professional help if you tried move out!
