Zero stars for this place, the manager Tami treated us like garbage. She made us take out our belongings after we had already paid for the space, which was very expensive for such a dirty and neglected place. To this day for more than a month she has not returned our money and she has us with pure lies. Would not recommend this place since I wouldn’t want anyone to go through the unpleasant experience as the one I went through. After so much bad experience in this horrendous place we found a better place which is much cleaner, cheaper, and more spacious.

This place is very clean and close to freeway safe location
I highly recommend Super Storage Moreno Valley
Tamra Mills provided excellent customer service and was very friendly and she gave honest fair upfront pricing
No scams like all of the other storage units in the area
The also offer a Military discount

This is a great location for storage and with he help of Tammy on making it easy to locate the best value for the size you need. Fast and easy access to all the doors, makes loading and unloading easy!

I (Kay) am writing this review on behalf of my mom (D) who is a proud SuperStorage customer. Tammie and staff are very kind, helpful, knowledgeable on storage rates/needs, as well as patient and understanding. She went beyond her duty when she saw my mom's car hood opened and asked if I was having car issues. She also made suggestions on how to get rid of my mattress and furniture by giving me information about a non-profit donation center. Thank you!

We were able to rent and reserve online very easily. The owner immediately called us right away to let us know the hours and time the storage operates. She has been nothing but helpful and has made everything very easy and smooth to rent a storage space with them.
